    IT Support Technician - Somerset West

    Minimum Requirements    

    • IT Certification (A+, Network+, Windows 7/10, Windows Server)
    • Minimum  3 years’ experience as Support Technician
    • Valid driver’s license with own transport
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Afrikaans & English essential)

    Essential experience in:

    • Good understanding and strong troubleshooting skills in:
    • Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11
    • Microsoft Office
    • Microsoft Server 2003 & 2008/2012/2019
    • Active Directory
    • DHCP
    • DNS

    Extensive Networking skills/experience.

    • IT Security (Antivirus, Firewall’s, SPAM filters, etc.)
    • Microsfost 365
    • Ubiquity technologies
    • 3CX Pabx
    • VM experience (VM Ware)

    Experience in the following advantageous:

    • MikroTIK
    • Fortigate Firewalls
    • Pastel
    • Linux
    • Microsoft Azure AD / Sharepoint / OneDrive

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Support on the Rola Services Helpdesk
    • Installing, maintaining & troubleshooting hardware, software & networks
    • Call-outs to remote dealerships.

    Group Accountant - Rola Holdings (Somerset West)

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
    • Experience in the automotive industry (advantageous)
    • Proficiency in industry-specific accounting software and tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
    • Manage and oversee the processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Perform regular reconciliations of financial accounts, including bank accounts, to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
    • Prepare necessary documentation and assist with financial audits conducted by external auditors.
    • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely payments and negotiating favorable terms when possible.
    • Ensure compliance with industry-specific accounting standards and regulations.
    • Stay updated on tax laws and regulations specific to the automotive industry, and ensure compliance with tax requirements.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and provide training or guidance to other finance team members or dealership staff as needed.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
    • Conduct periodic financial analyses and provide insights to improve dealership performance.
    • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial information.
