    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Manager: Asset Management

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and maintain Asset Management and Inventory Management strategies, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operational regions.
    • Participate in the planning and monitoring of new infrastructure projects and upgrades of existing assets, ensuring effective alignment with organizational goals.

    Stores Controller – Bloemfontein

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Control the stock levels, reconciliation and updating the computer system with new issues.
    • Conduct quarterly tool inspections and report finding to the Regional Manager and Assistant Manager SC Logistics.
    • Inform asset management of all new assets procured and request new stock item codes.
    • Responsible for filing and safe keeping of documents.
    • Supervise the duties of the loan store (monthly inspections, oversee maintenance of tools).
    • Ensure the actual quantity of stock in the stores correspond with the invoices and purchase requisition vouchers.
    • Control the issue of stock to the regional personnel.
    • Conduct monthly stock taking and manage stock variances

    Stores Controller Assistant/Messenger

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Delivery and collection of office supplies, parcels and documentation to and from other companies and regions.
    • Collection and delivery of letters at other regions and post office.
    • Assist with transport services for regional staff.
    • Banking: collection and deposits.
    • Assist with moving and packing heavy equipment and that of the office.
    • Always keep vehicles neat and tidy, and vehicle licenses up to date.
    • Update logbooks for pool vehicles used on a daily basis.
    • Observe health and safety protocols.
    • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

      MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12
    • Minimum 1 years’ experience with exposure in the store’s environment.
    • Valid driver’s License (preferably with PDP)
    • Interpersonal skills.
