Develop and execute on a strategy that will result in Client Designed value propositions to sales teams through the alignment and integration of data insights and capability, advice, solutions, technology; branding, marketing and communication. Continuously assess requirements, opportunities and capability to create value and growth in conjunction with Operations, Business Innovation, Product owners and other stakeholders within the division, Cluster and Nedbank. Manage a portfolio of capabilities to enable the division with new ways of working, tools and infrastructure.

To generate revenue by originating and structuring deals, following due diligence, paying out and managing the client on an ongoing basis to achieve growth in market share and profitability and provide input that supports the strategy and promote the Nedbank brand.
Analyse Financials and all the relevant credit and business-related information relating to potential clients and to use this information to collate a workable deal structure for a client which fits the banks's product offering
Structure the deal to align the client’s requirements in relation to the banks risk appetite.
Interpret annual financial statements to determine the deal structure.
Compile a specialist credit paper, term sheet, description of the Debt Package, the offer etc.
Present the structured transaction with the outline of the proposed solution to the client;
Negotiate approved terms of a deal with a client and all internal stakeholder to successfully implement a deal which meets a client needs and in turn ensures a long-standing relationship is started with a new client.
Consider other risks such as operational and management of deal structure Follow due diligence to validate clients business model; gain credit approval;
Implement the transaction and manage the deal conclusion forum.
Provide input to draft legal agreements and manage the process accordingly.
Build and maintain professional working relationships with all stakeholders, displaying excellent abilities to initiate dialogue, listen, advise, influence and negotiate to achieve win-win outcomes.
