    IT Resourcing Consultant

    • If you are a Resource Consultant with a can-do attitude, and a proven track record of at least 5 solid years exp in a similar role, YOU could be who we are looking for. You will be required to support our Resource Office in all aspects of the sourcing & administration process to meet the specific clients recruitment requirements.

    You will need to have the following.

    • Exceptional administration skills coupled with excellent communication skills.

    Your Role:

    • Own the end-to-end integration architecture for the new Workbench platform.
    • Design robust, secure, and scalable integration patterns across business domains and systems.

    Intermediate UX UI Digital Designer

    • Were looking for a highly skilled Intermediate UI/UX Designer to support the Business Units transformation programme. This role will focus on the end-to-end design of both web and mobile experiences for Corporate and Consumer features, driving intuitive and responsive digital journeys within an Agile squad.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate within an Agile team alongside Developers and Feature Analysts to deliver on business-led design objectives

    Design and deliver:

    • User flows
    • Wireframes
    • UI mock-ups

    Specialist Data Scientist (Contract 3 Months)

    • As a Specialist Data Scientist, you will be at the heart of developing and optimising AI-powered trading models. This includes:
    • Creating and refining market-making algorithms for equities and equity derivatives.
    • Applying machine learning techniques (LSTMs, CNNs) for short-term price movement predictions.
    • Analysing high-frequency trading data to detect trends and anomalies.
    • Working with AWS infrastructure (S3, SageMaker) to support model training and deployment.
    • Enhancing trading strategies by integrating new indicators and models into live environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct back testing and research to optimise existing models and build new strategies.
    • Apply advanced ML techniques to time-series financial data.
    • Collaborate with quant teams and developers to transition models into production.

    • Work with time-based and volume-based data sampling methods.

    Essential Experience:

    What You Bring

    • 5+ years of experience working on Front Arena, with strong hands-on technical expertise
    • Proficiency in Python (v3) for scripting, data manipulation, and workflow integration
    • Deep understanding of the trade lifecycle, particularly in loans and complex instruments
    • Background in Corporate & Investment Banking environments, with experience supporting trading desks or back-office ops
    • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
