    Career Coach

    As our Career Coach you will provide learners with the tools to maximise their potential and employability. You will work closely with them on a cohort wide and individual basis to help learners identify, and develop the employability and personal skills required in industry today.  

    You will help learners make sense of their career planning and development, as well help them prepare and find employment. Career Coaches will assist in the design, and delivery of career and skill development masterclasses and work closely with the student support team in ensuring visibility of individual learner journeys, needs and progress. 

    This is a role which will be key in the achievement of successful outcomes for all. 

    What you'll be doing:

    You will be providing an exceptional coaching experience that equips digital talent worldwide with the skills and tools to advance their careers, develop their self-leadership and achieve valuable career outcomes by:

    Deliver innovative, and engaging, career coaching sessions to support learners in maximizing their career opportunities including: 

    • One to one coaching on individual career planning, career development and job search 
    • Group coaching on skills development,career and personal development 
    • Team coaching on developing effective and cohesive team working 
    • Encourage and motivate learners to progress their career development plan 
    • Deliver live coaching sessions on across global time zones
    • Network within industry, recruitment and employer partners to enable learner employment opportunities

    What you'll need to succeed

    • In depth experience as a career coach with a track record in coaching professionals at all levels to start, change and advance their careers
    • Extensive experience in delivery of  innovative, engaging career development models and frameworks including one to one, group and team coaching as well as delivery of training workshops (online and face to face) and content 
    • Experience of coaching professionals to advance their careers in the digital skills industry and/or recruitment/outplacement experience highly desirable
    • Skilled in managing confidential sensitive information and personal data
    • Strong collaborator with proven ability to quickly build rapport, and ability to build and develop strong coaching partnerships with clients 
    • Able to work flexibly to deliver coaching remotely with clients in locations worldwide 
    • Empathic, curious and motivational in supporting clients to have a exceptional experience of career transition 

    About You

    • You will hold a recognised ICF (ACC plus preferred) or EMCC accredited coaching qualification, and able to demonstrable commitment to regular coach supervision and CPD. 
    • Qualification in, or previous experience of administering and coaching on psychometric tools is highly desirable.

    Motion Graphic Designer

    You’re an experience, motion graphics designer with a strong background in visual design and a passion for innovating and creating the very best. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will make a difference by creating cutting edge motion graphic videos to support our learning programmes. While working within our Media team, you will work closely with Learning Experience Designers to ensure videos are engaging, teach (at times highly technical) concepts, and deliver the wow factor to learners.

    In this role, you will

    • Create highly engaging motion graphic videos for a diverse array of media, but mainly to support coursesTake initiative on projects to deliver new and innovative solutions.
    • Collaborate with creative directors and other colleagues to best support larger media goals.
    • Make educated design decisions on best practices
    • Contribute creative solutions to briefs, design compelling animation storyboards, and push for the very best and most impressive outcome
    • Maintain a high standard of design output, reviewing work and writing detailed alt text to comply with accessibility guidelines
    • Ensure adherence to all design best-practices and fundamentals
    • Select appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles

    Senior Paid Media Manager

    Paid Media Manager - Your Mission

    Paid Media is a vital acquisition channel at FourthRev and one used to attract and convert our learners. As we grow and learn about our audience, we will need to ensure that we are using the best possible channels to reach them.You’ll be tying together & distributing our brand narrative and moving people through the funnel, ultimately converting into learners signing up on our platform.

    You’ll have a lot of freedom to try things within a framework of strong principles to guide you. You will work closely with agencies as well as build in-house capabilities to run and deliver on our paid media efforts. We have ambitious growth goals and to achieve these we will need to test and learn quickly.

    While the primary focus will be on acquiring learners for our Career Accelerator courses, you’ll also be working on campaigns for brand awareness and testing new markets and new marketing channels.You will be working on both strategy and execution of building out an expert performance marketing capability within FourthRev. It’s our mission to build out the best team in the world, and you’ll be a part of making that a reality.

    What you'll be doing with us 

    • Build a robust system that enables us to:
    1. Scalably acquire new learners in the UK, Europe and other areas at a toralable CPA
    2. Launch cost efficient, effective ads and campaigns for existing and new courses
    3. Manage university brand reputation
    • Experiment with channels, messaging & audiences to optimise acquisitions and conversion rates and CPAs across all countries and courses. 
    • Work with the marketing team to optimise our paid channel user journeys for increased conversion rates (CRO).
    • Work with the content and design teams to plan, execute and distribute paid content that is within the scope of the universities brand guidelines.
    • Reporting to the Head of Marketing, and wider company, on paid media performance and how this is driving the core FourthRev metrics.
    • Operate with a lot of freedom and autonomy - taking the initiative to grow the business by the most effective means. 

    What you'll need to join us 

    • Expert (world class) in at least one paid channel:
    1. Proven examples of adding business value
    2. Has planned and implemented end-to-end campaigns
    3. Considers all avenues for reaching the right users & is able to prioritise impactful work
    4. Can at least work on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads with some experience of other channels being a bonus.
    • Very strong on both social and search platforms

    • Exposure to / has worked in team who do education/EdTech marketing

    SEO Lead

    As the SEO Lead you will be responsible for the creation, setup, management and continuous improvement of our SEO strategy and output of that strategy, inline with lead generation and learner targets.

    What you'll be working on 

    You will be working on both strategy and execution of SEO at FourthRev and will have the exciting opportunity of setting our global SEO direction. It’s our mission to build out the best team in the world, and you’ll be a part of making that a reality.

    What you’d be tasked with doing

    • Set the global SEO strategy to support traffic and lead generation targets and execute against that strategy.
    • Test and report on what content works best for the Fourthrev audience and how we can best leverage this to generate organic traffic
    • Ensure that our digital assets are technically optimised for a great user experience (i.e. on-site technical SEO is exceptional).
    • Ensure our content is optimised for specific geographies where applicable.
    • Assist in training content producers to assist with SEO optimisation

    Reporting:

    • Delivering reports with useful and actionable insights
    • Regularly audit our existing website, and any other owned digital assets, and action on improvements needed
    • Work with other channel owners, like Paid Media and Email Marketing, to support multi-channel campaign adjectives. 
    • Organic visitors are driving core OKRs at FourthRev. 

    Things you should be able to do really well

    • Have a data-driven approach to problem solving
    • Work well with Google sheets or Excel
    • Experience with HubSpot
    • Experience with SEO tools that include: technical website insights, linking profiles and link quality, link opportunities, audience and persona insights, technical website audits.

    Editorial Quality Assurance Analyst

    Your Mission

    We’re looking for a seasoned editor/proof-reader to join our Editorial QC team. As an Editorial Quality Assurance Analyst, you will make a difference by driving quality throughout the company in order to help learners achieve employability outcomes within the digital economy. You should have a healthy obsession for consistency, quality of the highest calibre and turn your nose at inconsistencies and grammatical errors. We are a collaborative bunch, so our QC team works closely with all other departments, but particularly with Learning Design and Learning Technology. 

    Note: This is a job posting for an Editorial Quality Assurance Analyst, NOT an IT Quality Assurance Analyst. Our ideal candidate should be a dynamic go-getter who loves to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. Your tasks will consist of assuring editorial quality, such as editing, proofreading, assuring consistency to FourthRev’s Style Guide and referencing, as well as guaranteeing textual flow, and syntactical congruency.

    You will:

    • Provide oversight for and assure consistency to FourthRev’s editorial style guide
    • Promote editorial best practices within the Product team
    • Commit to correct referencing practices
    • Provide high quality editing for FourthRev’s Product and wider deliverables, such as storyboards, course maps, graphics, alt-text, course overviews, assessment documents including marking rubrics, video scripts and so on
    • Copy-edit, fact-check and proofread to the highest level
    • Contribute to the development of Product strategy, standards and processes
    • Demonstrate commitment to FourthRev’s vision and values
    • Contribute to the overall Product quality, team success, and FourthRev culture
    • Provide feedback/coaching notes and possibly lead mini enablement sessions

    What you’ll need to succeed

    • Tertiary qualification, preferably in English, Linguistics, or Education
    • Minimum of five years’ editing/editorial quality control experience
    • Digital education experience is a bonus
    • Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
    • Highly organised and detail-oriented with time management skills
    • To be a self-starter with a ‘yes, and…’ attitude
