    HR Advisor (T&S) Supply Chain

    Provide HR expertise to Supply Chain and manage the implementation of HR processes across T&S that drive organisational performance and support the achievement of the organisation’s strategy.

    HR execution

    • Provide on-going HR support to the relevant functions in the development of strategic and tactical plans to support specific identified short term and long-term business goals
    • Lead and support HR projects that support the achievement of the discipline’s goals in line with organisational strategy
    • Supports the implementation of wider business initiatives within client groups

    Talent Management

    • Support effective talent management and action planning within relevant disciplines, including programmes for attracting, retaining and driving mobility of high-quality talent
    • Contribute to the development of discipline bench strength for T&S client groups by working to develop Technical Discipline Frameworks, career paths and talent reviews.
    • Drive the talent review processes across T&S and coordinate the system output

    Performance Management

    • Coordinate the annual performance management and pay review process across T&S with responsibility for ensuring consistency of application across levels and geographies

    Resourcing

    • Support the recruitment processes for T&S client groups in conjunction with relevant in-country HR or hosting office teams up to and including Band 4 positions

    Employee Relations

    • Work in partnership with global and Group HR to ensure consistent and fair application of ER across geographies

    Global and Group HR engagement

    • Define the requirements and monitor the services provided to T&S by local BU hosting teams, local reward teams and shared services to ensure they are effective and liaises with them regularly to discuss any issues and ensure they are aware of upcoming needs or changes.
    • Shares expertise and best practice across HR stakeholders

    Health, Safety & Environment:

    • Demonstrate behaviour in line with health, safety and environmental standards and with the Group’s values
    • Set the health, safety and environmental expectations for your team and monitor behaviour so that it meets the required standards

    Qualifications

    Essential

    • Undergraduate qualification in a relevant discipline – HR, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Organizational Behaviour

    Desirable

    • Post graduate qualifications (CIPD or Masters level) in a relevant discipline - HR, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Organizational Behaviour

    Job Description

    Provide HR expertise to global functions of Processing and Technical Solutions and manage the implementation of HR processes across T&S that drive organisational performance and support the achievement of the organisation’s strategy. Furthermore to build and manage the trade union relationship onsite.

    HR execution

    • Provide on-going HR support to the relevant functions in the development of strategic and tactical plans to support specific identified short term and long-term business goals
    • Lead and support HR projects that support the achievement of the discipline’s goals in line with organisational strategy
    • Determine business staffing needs
    • Report on T&S structures citing insights for contribution to broader business strategy
    • Supports the implementation of wider business initiatives within client groups

    Organisational Design

    • Lead the implementation of organisational development work with client groups in alignment with Group HR strategies and plans maintaining integrity of specified organisation design parameters

    Talent Management

    • Oversee effective talent management and career development planning within relevant disciplines, including programmes for attracting, retaining and driving mobility of high-quality talent
    • Contribute to the development of discipline bench strength for T&S client groups by working to develop Technical Discipline Frameworks, career paths and talent reviews.
    • Drive the talent review processes across T&S and coordinate the system output

    Performance Management

    • Shares expertise and best practice across HR stakeholders
    • Remain informed of legislation in countries in which we operate and ensure any potential implications are applied  

    Qualifications

    To provide HR services to the processing team and support implementation of HR processes in Technical Solutions. This is an operational role and the incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance of Human Resources practices and systems within the Technical Solutions area.

    HR Execution

    •  Continuously liaise with the HR Advisor to support the on-going HR support to the relevant operation
    • Support HR projects that support the achievement of the discipline’s goals in line with the organisational strategy
    • Ensure cooperation and teamwork between team and stakeholders by delivering an efficient HR service
    • Monitor HR processes regularly and collaborate with the HR Advisor to ensure conformance to and understanding of policies and procedures
    • Support HR advisor with the administration of payroll

    Employee Relations:

    • Develop a trusting and credible relationship with the stakeholders
    • Ensure an effective two-way communication with employees onsite
    • Support the induction and exiting processes of employees
    • Support and participate in the training and development requirements of employees
    • Support the ER processes onsite by managing files and minutes  
    • Identify ideas to increase employee morale onsite
    • Fairly manage cultural diversity by applying the specific HR regulations and procedures equally  

    Effective application of necessary administration system:

    • Compile and maintain accurate reporting systems
    • Ensure that role profiles are up to date and accessible
    • Prepare Ad-hoc reports for HR management when required
    • Ensure that system data is accurately captured and secure

    Resourcing 

    • Support the recruitment processes for Processing up to and including Band 7 positions  

    Talent Management 

    •  Support the talent management process and career development planning within the relevant discipline, including programmes for attracting, retaining and driving mobility of high-quality talent
    • Support the HR Advisor to drive the talent review processes within the discipline  


    Performance Management 

    • Support the roll out of the new performance management and incentive process within the discipline

    Global and Group HR engagement

    • Work collaboratively with the respective local reward, payroll and GSS teams to ensure effective service to the operation, liaises regularly to discuss any issues and ensure they are aware of upcoming needs or changes.
    • Support efforts to overcome operational challenges • Identify risks and threats to the HR processes/policies proactively 

    Qualifications

    • Undergraduate qualification in a relevant discipline – HR, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Organizational Behaviour
