    YES Intern - Warehouse Operator

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

    • The main purpose of this position is to maintain the organization and efficiency of a warehouse. This role involves receiving, storing and shipping products, as well as keeping accurate records of inventory. The key responsibilities of the position are as follows, but not limited to:
    • Receiving and Inspecting Stock: Check incoming shipments for accuracy and damage..
    • Organizing and Storing Products: Ensure products are stored in the correct locations and maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, update records and conduct periodic physical inventories.
    • Maintain Cleanliness: To ensure that the warehouse environment is kept clean and tidy by keeping shelves, pallets area and workstations neat.
    • Preparing of daily orders: To print Job Cards and issue cards to Production on time ensuring that the SLA is not missed.
    • Communication: To communicate to concerned recipients about all received materials, book shipments, update schedule and allocate invoices of shipments and parcels.
    • To also ensure that their job goals are completed by striving for Quality, Trust and Security at all times.

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

    • The Junior Office Administrator will support the Perso Bureau team with day-to-day administrative tasks, helping to ensure smooth operations and accurate documentation.     • PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

    YES Intern - HR Administrator

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

    • The HR Administrator will provide entry-level support to the Human Resources department by assisting with basic administrative tasks and helping to maintain HR records and systems. This role is ideal for a young professional looking to gain practical experience in HR through the Yes4Youth Learnership Program. The key responsibilities of the position are as follows, but not limited to:
    • Assist with posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing recruitment documentation.
    • Help maintain employee files and ensure records are up to date.
    • Capture basic data into HR systems and spreadsheets.
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Respond to simple employee queries or direct them to the appropriate HR contact.

    YES Intern - Quality Administrator

     The Quality Administrator Intern will support the Quality Department in maintaining and improving product and process quality standards. This hands-on role includes inspections, audits, and documentation reviews to ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards such as Mastercard Card Quality Management (CQM), ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and PCI.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):

    • Conduct weekly inspections of warehouse and production areas to ensure adherence to quality standards.
    • Review job cards and production records for accuracy and completeness.

    • Verify compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Assist the Head of Quality in monitoring and managing the Quality Management System.
