    SAF Government Relations Manager

    Position Overview:
    Provides analysis and delivery of government relations and government affairs programs and initiatives within assigned segments and/or geographies; supports analysis around public and government policy trends and opportunities; enables delivery of messages to legislative and/or diplomatic stakeholders; positively impacts the Company’s reputation and relationships with assigned key stakeholders. Individual contributor who guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures; works independently with guidance only in the most complex situations.

    Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

    • Executes all public affairs, government relations initiatives within the Franchise including; leading the system regulatory and policy approaches and co-ordination with our Bottling Partners and Industry role players
    • Responsible for maintaining and enhancing positive relations with external audiences, including the general public, shareholders, investors, government and regulatory authorities, non-profit and charitable organizations
    • Responsible for representing the organization’s position on legislation and regulatory affairs to elected representatives and their staffs; liaising with officials and staffs in agencies and organizations e.g. Trade sector & industry among others.
    • Monitors regional and local NGOs, activists, and political developments to identify trends with implications to the business. Engages with and builds coalitions with regional and local government and non-government stakeholders to advocate for or against and advance policies and programming that support our business goals in collaboration with our Public Policy and Sustainability teams.
    • Establish and activate relevant alliances to engage regulatory and policy risks
    • Identifies and monitors regional and local divergent stakeholders to understand their priorities and develop a strategic plan for engagement. Engages with convergent stakeholders to strengthen our impact and deliver value to the business.

    • Executes sustainability initiatives within the Franchise including; leading the system sustainability agenda and co-ordination with our Bottling and Implementing partners
    • Conducts periodic monitoring, evaluation and reporting on the implementation and impact of the Coca-Cola Foundation locally.

    • Ensures optimal use of resources and maximize the impact of public affairs, government relations, and sustainability plans.
    • Reporting into the Franchise PACS Director, provide inputs to support the franchise planning process.

    Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree

    Related Work Experience:

    • At least 7 years of relevant experience, with responsibility for public affairs, government relations, stakeholder management and sustainability.
    • Experience of working internationally or in multicultural teams is advantageous.

    Senior Privacy Manager, Data Protection Officer

    What you will do:

    • Guide the regional senior management on regional strategic and operational data privacy and cybersecurity compliance issues and escalate significant gaps to the Global Privacy Office
    • Identify new data privacy and cybersecurity requirements and work with respective regional and functions on maintaining relevant associated records and controls mapping
    • Develop and deliver employee training and awareness
    • Support privacy risk assessments, incident management and processes for addressing data subject rights requests, including documentation, review and approval processes
    • Develop and maintain relevant policies and procedures according to regional needs and ensure that policies and procedures are rolled out as appropriate.
    • Develop, implement, maintain and provide region-specific guidance on the global privacy program
    • Translate privacy controls for integration into technology that processes personal data. 
    • Create an environment for effective and efficient operations in accordance with our values, Code of Conduct and the Global Principles
    • Ensure support and execution on any other task necessary to support the relevant territory 

    About you:

    • Law Degree and/or advanced degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or other relevant field
    • Bachelor’s Degree in pre-law, science, technology or equivalent required
    • Relevant certifications – Six Sigma, PMP, CIPM, CIPP/E, and/or CIPP/US preferred
    • 10 to 12 years of work experience in regulatory compliance, audit, technology, and/or related field
    • 5+ years of experience with privacy regulations, processes, and or technology controls
    • Demonstrate knowledge of the regulatory landscape related to privacy
    • Experience working in multinational companies with global, cross-functional teams
    • Excellent English-language oral and written communication skills
    • Hands-on experience with global privacy, data governance and cybersecurity controls; data lifecycle; MarTech or AdTech; data analytics (AI/ML); and/or technology solution sunsetting
    • Preferred experience / expertise in pseudonymization, anonymization and de-identification methodologies, digital commerce industry, handling data protection investigations
    • Prior experience with complex and multi-disciplinary projects on an international scale.
    • Fluency in one or more additional language is a plus

    Communication and Technical Focus

    • Strong analytic capabilities, and written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail is a must.
    • Excellent communications skills and experience communicating  with senior managers. 
    • Experience in handling privacy incidents and assessing and mitigating risks;
    • Robust project management experience
    • Collaboration with a diverse team of stakeholders
    • Business-minded, solutions-oriented with a pragmatic and creative approach.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven experience in leading and collaborating with  diverse legal and business colleagues.
    • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to handle high volume of work efficiently, recognize priorities, manage time effectively and meet deadlines

    Reporting Relationship

    • The position reports to the Global Privacy Office.
