    Provincial Finance Manager - Mpumalanga

    Description

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Ensuring effective and efficient functioning of the following in the province:
    • performing the full financial accounting function
    • ensuring a record of all source documents, audit trails and bank statements
    • ensuring that effective accounting procedures and systems are implemented and adhered to
    • Implementing and managing all financial functions in the province in accordance with the standard operating procedures
    • Producing accurate financial reports
    • Effectively managing and directing all support staff

    Requirements

    Minimum requirements:

    • Tertiary qualification related to Finance
    • 5 years’ experience in the financial field

    International Office and Leadership Development Coordinator - Cape Town

    Description

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Managing functions relating to the party's international work and relations, through the International office
    • Managing foreign development projects and ensuring compliance with Political Party Funding Act
    • Coordinating functions, projects and programmes that support the party as a learning organisation
    • Coordinating functions to enhance the party's international footprint
    • Supporting the department in project management and coordination of activities
    • Developing and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance the party’s political objectives and work towards expanding our foreign funding

    • A bachelor’s degree

    Description

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Ensuring that the performance management process for public representatives is implemented uniformly and consistently in the province
    • Assisting the Senior Support Services Administrator with the effective and efficient functioning of support services and all administration relating thereto within the province
    • General administration of membership
    • Ensuring the effective execution of all statutory obligations related processes
    • Ensuring the successful launch of branches and constituencies
    • Ensuring the appropriate support is provided in respect of the candidate selection process
    • Providing an efficient administrative support function to the Provincial Director and provincial operation
    • Providing a professional administrative and liaison function to the Provincial Leader
