    MINIMUM - COMPETENCIES

    • Administrative competencies and specialized knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety Act (85 of 1993) and related regulations.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Accounting or Public Administration (NQF level 6). Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management and Stores Management.

    Senior State Law Advisor: Legal Advisory Services (OSD)

    MINIMUM - COMPETENCIES

    • Drafting of Provincial legislation, legal opinions and interpretation of legislation.
