    Water Quality Reports And Data Specialist

    The overall responsibility of the successful candidate in this position is to provide statistical consultation services to both internal and external stakeholders on issues related to water quality. Generate water quality compliance and non-compliance reports and to ensure availability of these reports on all applicable Rand Water Systems.     Process Control Assistant - Lime Plant (I-Hay Band) Re - Advertisement

    The successful incumbent will be responsible to assist to clean walkways, conveyors and plant areas on a daily basis. Monitor/operate sump pumps to prevent flooding of the Lime plant. Loading and off-loading of trucks and bins and to assist with the shunting of railway trucks

    • Check over loading of conveyors and cleaning of spillage from conveyors using brooms spades and wheel barrows.

    • Cleaning of Lime Plant area by sweeping of floors, removing of spider webs and reporting defects to the Supervisor. Cleaning of toilets, change rooms and eating facilities.
    • Loading of trucks. Assist Driver when loading/off-loading of bins.
    • Assist shunting of railway trucks and with off-loading of PPC lime trucks.
    • Visually check lime bunkers and preventing of spillage overflowing.
