    Digital Marketing Specialist

     

    Job Description

    • As EMEA&APAC Digital Marketing Specialist within the Digital Media Marketing team, you will be working as part of the web marketing team EMEA, responsible for SEO and UX analysis, and day-to-day content operations across all EMEA and APAC websites. Working closely with local marketers and the Product manager, you will be involved in critical projects according to our development roadmap. This role will directly drive the SEO and UX analyses of our digital marketing growth strategy through our online channels, focusing on the user experience to optimise traffic acquisition and the site conversion rate.
    • Working within Adobe Experience Manager and WordPress in highly secure environment, you will improve and optimise the user experience and organic results as part of a dynamic web marketing team, as well other web specialists across the business.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 Experience/training Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
    • Minimum 5 Experience/training WordPress
    • Good understanding of: HTML, CSS
    • Experienced in responsive web design
    • Fundamental understanding of CX and UX design
    • Experience in B2B marketing

    Head of Compliance: Africa

    Job Description

    The role

    • The Head of Compliance Africa will be responsible for leading, directing and managing the implementation of the Global Compliance Management Program. Effectively managing and partnering with the various internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring that the business operations in Africa comply with legal regulations and internal policies.

    How you’ll make an impact

    • Direct Line management of Compliance Officers in Africa delivering excellent people management, development and coaching.
    • Employing agile methodologies to the team’s workload prioritisation, tracking and ensuring maximum value is derived.
    • Owning the production and delivery of the Africa Compliance Annual Plan.
    • Manage the Compliance relationship with the Africa leadership team, ensuring the function is a trusted partner and producing regular high quality ‘state of compliance’ insights.
    • Being an expert in all regulatory requirements and policies applicable to the African markets.
    • Oversee and manage the implementation of each of the CMP elements into the African markets, applying a risk-based approach and identifying high risk areas for early implementation in consideration of other business priorities.
    • Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with the local legal team.
    • Conduct Assurance activities, assess products and develop risk management strategies to ensure compliance.
    • Providing support and advice to the business relating to compliance controls and requirements.
    • Designing and assessing of controls linked to regulatory requirements.
    • Leading training sessions in educating employees in the first line of defense on relevant components of the CMP and key regulatory requirements.
    • Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes.
    • Promoting the right culture around risk and issue management whilst ensuring that Compliance is a key consideration when risks and issues are identified.
    • Participate in risk management meetings and challenge the business around regulatory risks and issues.
    • Lead and/or support the business through internal and external regulatory audits, examination and investigations.
    • Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
    • To be recognised as a role model within the Compliance job family who leads, solves problems, inspires and fully embraces the Experian Way.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in law/ Business Administration or relevant field is essential.
    • Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar position is essential
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a line management role is essential
    • Experience in managing a remote team will be an advantage
    • Experience in working with trade associations (preferably linked to Experian business) and building good relationships with peers from competitor organisations will be an advantage.
    • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the latest industry processes and regulations e.g., Applicable country Credit Acts, POPIA etc. and best practices.
    • Experience in overseeing the implementation of Compliance management frameworks across multiple jurisdictions will be an advantage
    • Working in a matrix organisation will be an advantage.

    Intermediate Project Manager

    Job Description

    • Responsible for multiple projects involving cross-functional teams. Manages project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, stakeholders, integration, communications, and risks. Helps develop self-managing Scrum teams and ensures their velocity by actively removing impediments. Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills in forming teams with clients, technical and internal departments to expedite project success.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years Project Management experience
    • Must have Agile experience and certification, Advanced Scrum Master Certification is a plus
    • Nice to have Project Management Professional qualification i.e. PMP (or PRINCE2, ITIL)
    • Experience working in a Global organisation and working across time-zones and cultures

    • Utilise project / agile artifacts such as backlogs, user stories, burn-down charts, and other metrics to drive greater quality and predictable delivery
    • Ability to run a mixture of agile and waterfall projects concurrently
    • Monitor and control risks / remove impediments that threaten the project implementation or EBIT
    • Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the execution of the project lifecycle
