    You Bring:

    What You’ll Do For The Brand:

    • Ensure internal F&B stock management processes are followed.
    • Manage the stock control function related to F&B in terms of scheduling and receiving food and beverage deliveries.
    • Ensure back office stock is maintained at a good standard- declare F&B back office stock wastages and breakages to dispense of expired stock.

    • Meet with the Team Leader/Videographer/Producer to determine production vision.
    • Understand and deliver in alignment to the brief and production specifications.
    • Review raw material to determine the shot list as per brief.
    • Manipulate film and video footage using current editing techniques.
    • Colour grade all footage and ensure that video quality is of a high standard.
    • Maintain continuity while moving shots according to scene significance.
    • Trim footage and laying out the video sequence.
    • Create rough and final cuts with fast turnaround times.
    • Insert dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
    • Ensure the project follows a logical sequence and business practices related to safe title/action safe, lower third placements, logo placements, disclaimers are always adhered to.
    • Consult with the Director and production team throughout the project.
    • Create the final cut for broadcasting.
    • Must do Camera work when required to – Shooting for events when short staffed.
    • Create Animated Graphics (After Effects) – Lower thirds/Intro and End board.
    • Understand pre and post production workflows, appropriate media formats and optimizing video for various outputs.
    • Work tight deadlines and meet deliverables
    • Find solutions when faced with multiple challenges within project/s.
    • Ad hoc duties as required, amongst others.

    PC based hardware:

    • Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, Adobe Audition, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Avid Media Composer, Adobe Media Encoder, amongst others.
    • 2D/3D motion graphics – After Effects, Cinema 4D (animation, composition, VFX, title sequencing)
