    Credit Controller (Danielsrus)

    Qualifications

    • Grade 12 with Accounting Subject

    Experience

    • Previous debtors experience (2 years)

    Duties

    • Administration of cash collections
    • On an ongoing basis, responsible for managing debtors tensure that the maximum number of customers pay their accounts on time sas tmaximise cash collections for Agri
    • On an ongoing basis, required tmake contact with customers in order tdevelop a harmonious working relationship with them. Such contacts may be tencourage them tmake payments on time, testablish if they have received invoices and generally testablish if they have any queries
    • Responsible for engaging in a process of negotiation in an endeavour tretrieve monies owing tAgri. This may include telephone calls, mail, faxes and, if required, personal visits tthe customers concerned
    • In the event of settlements being offered by the customer, responsible for analysing and evaluating the offer with due consideration tthe situation of the customer and the financial outcome tAgri
    • In an endeavour tmaximise the cash collections and reduce debtor days, may assist customers treconcile their accounts with Agri
    • On a monthly basis, required tdraw up a report and tfurnish Area Managers (SA) with feedback regarding the status of their customers’ accounts (e.g., amounts outstanding, customer reasons for outstanding amounts)
    • Resolving queries for dealing with and resolving a wide range of queries which may come from customers, Agri sites or Agri head office. These may include incorrect prices, incorrect order numbers, incorrect quantities or incorrect transport costs
    • In this process of dealing with queries, will be required tdtroubleshooting testablish the origins of problems, e.g., by doing electronic scans of information on BPCS or of hard copies in files General administration
    • Required tperform general office administrative functions including, among other things:
    • Filing of documents such as delivery notes
    • On a weekly basis, responsible for drawing up debtors graphs such as age analysis in order tassess the status of debtors’ accounts and tprovide management information Assist the Credit Manager with Agri functions as and when requested

    Qualifications

    • Matric/Grade 12,
    • Computer literacy,
    • Forklift License.

    Experience

    • 5 Years with Knowledge of packaging,
    • Knowledge of dangerous goods storage
    • Compatibility, Cycle counting and Stock take.

    Duties

    • Manage all the inbound and outbound of packaging.

    Duties

    Operations Management:
