    Junior IT Technician

    About the Role:

    • We are looking for a Junior IT Technician with 2+ years of experience in Desktop and Networking support to join our team, focusing on providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for various IT systems and networks. 
    • In this role, the successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless operation of technology resources across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to and resolve technical support requests from end-users, providing timely assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
    • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
