    Jupidex: Customer Support Representative

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Technical support to dealers

    • Provide timely and accurate technical assistance to dealers, including troubleshooting product issues, diagnosing faults, and guiding repairs.
    • Act as the first point of contact for escalated technical queries to ensure minimal downtime for customers.
    • Support warranty claims by verifying product concerns and ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Maintain strong relationships with dealers through regular follow-ups and proactive support.

    Spare parts marketing

    • Promote genuine Jupidex spare parts through targeted awareness campaigns and dealer marketing support.
    • Engage farmer study groups and host customer clinics to reinforce correct product use, maintenance, and safety.
    • Guide dealers on inventory planning to ensure fast-moving and critical parts are always available.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align parts promotions with overall product sales objectives.

    Training to Dealer and Jupidex personnel

    • Design and deliver structured training programs on product knowledge, technical servicing, and best operating practices.
    • Facilitate both theoretical and practical sessions to strengthen skills, confidence, and competence.
    • Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and follow-up support.
    • Continuously update training content to reflect the latest technical developments and product innovations.

    Product demonstrations and farmers days

    • Represent Jupidex at farmer days, product demonstrations, and industry events.
    • Prepare machines and materials to effectively showcase product features and benefits.
    • Engage directly with farmers to address technical questions, gather feedback, and strengthen relationships.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize exposure and lead generation from events.

    Commissioning new machines.

    • Support dealers during commissioning to build their capacity & strengthen customer confidence.
    • Address customer concerns promptly and complete accurate handover documentation.
    • Oversee installation, setup, and testing to ensure machines perform optimally before handover.
    • Provide training to dealers and customers on correct operation, maintenance and safety.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Qualification:

    • Min: Post-Matric Certificate/Diploma
    • Ideal: Degree in agriculture/business/marketing or a related field

    Experience:

    • High level of product application knowledge: 3-5 years’ experience

    Triton Express: Key Accounts Administrator

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Conducting waybill checking by

    • Verifying waybills – online on the Ops System
    • Ensuring correct client billing on Ops System, including a review of account billed, service levels, dimensions and mass etc
    • Reporting any problems /errors with scanned copies
    • Checking Quality of scanned waybills
    • Ensure that tax run deadlines are met without exception
    • Completing a report on waybills awaiting verification, possible errors and internal accounts, for the purpose of double-checking
    • Ensure that verifications reports are cleared timeously as required by Assistant Credit Control Manager

    Statements

    • Preparations for statements by ensuring tax runs are complete
    • Reconciliation of statement to invoices and other relevant documentation
    • Inserting statements in envelopes and addressing for delivery and postage

    Consolidation by

    • Run Provisional Consolidation Report
    • Match all waybills that have the same service level, rate type, and load type with the same from site and to site moved on the same day
    • Unverify all waybills that do not have sites and needs to be consolidated
    • Capture correctly from and to sites for all waybills that need to be consolidated
    • Re-verify waybills that were unverified
    • Run provisional consolidation report to excel and save as Consol Billing
    • Apply consolidation
    • Generating of invoices for Consolidated Billing customers

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Formal qualifications: Grade 12
    • Two / three years debtors experience with invoicing background
    • Understanding of basic invoicing practices and procedures
    • Computer operation
    • MS Word, Excel and Outlook applications at basic level
    • Numerical skills
    • Operate general office equipment
    • Be able to communicate professionally

    Starke Ayres: Machine Operator

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • To ensure that seed is received at the Workstation, cleaned and / or packed down in line with company policies, procedures and quality specifications by utilising the prescribed equipment, and that packed seed is presented for final batch packing and check weighing.
    • Unpacking and / or off-loading of containers with seed by operating a forklift truck with a valid forklift operator’s license.
    • Assist with the unpacking of containers with seed in cases where the operation of a forklift truck is not a requirement.
    • Assist with accurate checking and counting of stock received for cleaning and / or down packing.
    • Thoroughly clean all equipment before and after each operation, ensuring no traces or residue of seed lots previously worked / packed.
    • Present packed seed for batch packing and check weighing.
    • Maintain high levels of factory hygiene in and around these working areas.
    • Sign off own area of responsibility once each action / process has been completed correctly (when assistance is required to operate equipment).
    • Present documentation (Job Card) to Manager / Supervisor for final reconciliation, approval and signing off.
    • Check the calibration and setting of all machines and equipment prior to packing / cleaning.
    • Ensure that packing / cleaning is scheduled and prioritized in line with planning schedule and customer requirements.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 National Senior Certificate
    • Previous experience as a general worker (essential)
