    Lead Financial Accounting Specialist - Paarl

    What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

    • Responsible for utility profitability review for utilities on a site-by-site basis.
    • Responsible for utility cost review of all sites for inclusion in Profit & Loss Statement.
    • Responsible for completeness of vendor installations review with reference to monthly usage.
    • Working with operations & metering company on the resolution of exceptions.
    • Reconciliation of utility payments to data received from utility metering company.
    • Compilation of invoices, metering statements & agent agreements for submission for tax purposes.
    • Utility payment review to ensure maximum tax savings.
    • Validation of data on all utility bills received.
    • Validation of ground rental payments on a monthly basis.
    • Reconciling ground rental vendors on Microsoft Great Plains.
    • Ensuring completeness of all ground rental payments.
    • Financial Accounting, including Balance sheet reconciliations.
    • Recording of all rental & utility payments on Microsoft Great Plains.
    • Other ad-hoc assistance duties to assist management.
    • Assist with leading team members to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.

    What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

    Corporate Counsel II - Paarl

    What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

    • Analyze property title and related property documentation to assess the legal feasibility to install telecommunication towers.
    • Prepare various risk assessments regarding issues with property title, mortgage bonds, servitudes, the validity of contracts and restrictive conditions, including alternatives to mitigate and control such risks.
    • Certify the title of property.
    • Research and analyze all applicable law sources, statutes and legal precedent in order to analyze and/or form legal opinions and documentation.
    • Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of legal contracts and agreements.
    • Attend to general asset / real estate management matters.
    • Attend to registration of properties and contracts at the offices of the Deeds Registry of South Africa.
    • Prepare and coordinate corporate and regulatory filings.
    • Maintain corporate records.
    • Preparation of legal letters, memorandums and reports.
    • Coordinate and implement projects to improve the internal in country legal processes of the company.
    • Resolve issues related to ground leases and permits, which may require in country travel.
    • General litigation control, including the updating of the litigation trackers with the control of deadlines and scheduled hearings etc.
    • Assist in the implementation and execution of policies relating to diligence and regulatory compliance including, but not limited to, Title standards, Compliance with environmental laws, Compliance with licensure requirements, Scope of work for outside consultants, Risk management and assessments, Corporate, tax and labor obligations, FCPA and anti-corruption policies.
    • Assist the Asset Optimization department in the market (purchases, extensions, amendments and abatements).

    • Legal due diligence with respect to Merger and Acquisition transactions and their corresponding MLAs in sale leaseback deals.

    What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bilingual in English/Afrikaans preferred
    • Bachelor's Degree Admitted Attorney, with B.Comm. LLB or LLB preferred;
    • and 4+ years of experience in Corporate, Commercial and/or real estate transaction environment required, including but not limited to landlord-tenant relations, development & construction and permitting regulation.

    NOC Analyst I - Paarl

    What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

    • Extracting alarms logs from Remote Monitoring System and prepare monthly performance report for SMPMS vendors.
    • Initiating and implementing ideas and providing feedback on software tools, procedures and improvements to NOC functionality.
    • Providing assistance with NOC integration, industry monitoring/ticketing tools.
    • Analyzing faults resolution process and developing scripts and reports to optimize.
    • Developing daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc performance reports.
    • Prepare root cause analysis report and share with relevant team for improvements.
    • Document all actions in accordance with standard company policies and procedures.
    • Manage change requests internal and external.

    • Ensure any assigned housekeeping duties are carried out in conjunction with the regional personnel, contractors and supervisors.
    • Support the NOC Supervisors and understudy the NOC Manager to acquire management skills necessary to manage the NOC activities in the absence of the NOC manager.

    What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Telecommunications/Mechanical engineering from a recognized institution;
    • and 0-2 years 2 years’ experience in mobile telecom NOC operations and handling will be an added advantage. 1 year experience in service delivery and support process handling will be an added advantage.
    • Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.

    Administrative Assistant I - Paarl

    What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

    • Receive applications from clients and liaising with the Business Development Managers once received
    • Co-ordinate client applications between the regional site managers (RSMs) and the Business Development Managers
    • Populate addendums and contracts if required
    • Ensure accuracy of documentation, both legal and financial before sending to clients by liaising with the finance and legal departments and the Business Development Director
