    Security Sales Consultant

    Job description

    TECHNICAL SERVICES HAS A NEW SENIOR POSITION OF SENIOR SALES CONSULTANT

    CONTEXT: Technical Services exclusively represents global leading brands used to generate revenue and tightly control all aspects of “on street” and “off street” parking areas. Servest provides services from design to supply, project management, installation and aftermarket support.

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

    • Close new deals; develop Sales Plans, perform all sales activities across South Africa, and implement our sales strategies
    • Retain Clients and retain current projects; Build client relationships, focus on client retention, and identify and introduce new clients
    • Build the Technical Services industry database; accurate, relevant, and complete database of key contact people, inter-company relationships, industry matrix, and prospective projects

    ENHANCED REQUIREMENTS

    • A tertiary qualification, preferably in commerce;
    • Tech-savvy individual; technical minded & understanding of technical equipment, embracing new technologies, S
    • Strong exposure to property services and / or strong exposure to technical services industry;
    • Demonstrates understanding of the dynamics of a complex sale and relationship-management
    • Ability to write and publish deal proposals, compile tender submissions, and deliver professional presentations

    CORE COMPETENCIES

    • Proven track record of sales, deals and results in the property and/or technical services industries
    • Sound understanding of financial modelling and proficient in Excel;

    Industrial Relations Officer

    Job description

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
    • National Diploma or degree in Indusrtrial Relations/Human Resources and Labour Relations qualifoication
    • 3 - 5 yrs experience
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Excellent conflict management skills
    • Must have worked in a highly unionised environment
    • Must come from the security industry

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist Human Resource Managers and the with conducting disciplinary enquiries, CCMA cases and grievances
    • Maintain manual and electronic documentation, files and records of all disciplinary action taken against employees for the purpose of providing accurate information to the HR Director and the CCMA
    • Participate in industrial relations meetings that involve a range of issues as needed and assigned for the purpose of developing recommendations and/or supporting other staff
    • Conduct investigations
    • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws
    • Represent the interests of the company to employees and other stakeholders
