    Channel Marketing Manager

    • The success of CallCabinet is attributable to our immensely talented and dedicated team members and our innovative technology. We are searching for driven marketing professional to join our growing corporate marketing department as a Channel Marketing Manager. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact within a highly visible role at CallCabinet. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with the full spectrum of marketing functions, including advertising, branding, digital marketing, email marketing, and social media.
    • The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for partner enablement by creating programs, processes, incentives, and materials that measurably impact the channels you support, delivering ROI for us and our partners. Campaign ownership will also include execution for digital marketing campaigns, events, collateral, training, and other marketing activities as needed. The Channel Marketing Manager must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities:
    The ideal candidate will work with the global sales teams to create and implement channel marketing efforts on a global level, including partner co-marketing, demand generation campaigns, event coordination, design coordination, and promotional items. Additional responsibilities include:
    Manage MDF programs

    • Develop and implement sales tools for CallCabinet channel partners (including Carriers, MSPs, and VARs) that contain unique value-selling benefits for each audience, including toolkits, product demos, marketing collateral, webinars, and training support materials
    • Ensure channel partners are trained and have all necessary materials to successfully market and sell Atmos by CallCabinet
    • Develop tradeshow and/or roadshow co-marketing opportunities with key partners
    • Develop Lunch and Learn opportunities with key partners to drive top of mind awareness
    • Develop new version/feature launch strategies and execute the launch across the channel
    • Adapt corporate marketing materials and sales tools for the channel partners, including presentations, signage, collateral, and promotional items as needed
    • Create, disseminate, and manage a broad range of channel communications, including monthly newsletters, weekly updates, quarterly communications, and revenue-focused drip marketing initiatives
    • Work closely with creative services and sales operations to develop, launch and maintain the CallCabinet partner portal infrastructure, including internal and external training for portal navigation, lead registration and best practices tips to maximize the partner portal
    • Track and monitor reporting of campaign results daily/weekly/quarterly/yearly basis
    • Manage campaign budgets to optimize and control spending

    Desired Skills / Experience:

    • At least a BA/BS degree in marketing, a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
    • 3+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year of experience in B2B tech or channel marketing
    • Experience with marketing IT systems such as CRM & marketing automation tools
    • Knowledge and understanding of MDF programs and B2B selling
    • ROI management
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to gain consensus, influence partner behaviour, and build strong relationships with people at all levels of the organization and across departments and geographies
    • Critical thinker with a knack for problem-solving
    • Effective in a variety of formal and informal presentation settings gains positive attention, changes tactics that aren't working

    Technical Support Engineer

To build on this momentum, we’re searching for a highly qualified Technical Support Engineer to complement our growing team. From day one, this individual will provide 1st/2nd level technical support and assistance for our client base creating a valuable relationship by listening to our customers and championing their needs. The Technical Support Engineer must have experience within a Linux networking environment, be an organized multitasker with the ability to handle many diverse technical support projects at once. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of technical functions, must be a self-starter committed to learning quickly, a passionate problem-solver, a sharp thinker that can quickly understand and resolve technical issues, the ability to perform necessary programming, and dedicated to ensuring every customer gets top priority status resolution to their support issues. This team member will work remotely and predominantly engage with our US customers with the preferred hours of Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3 pm EST/ 1 pm to 9pm SAST. Remuneration will be in line with qualifications and experience.

    Job Responsibilities/include but not limited to:

    • Provide Level I and Level II troubleshooting support assistance for our global customer base.
    • Track and document trouble tickets.
    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical problems remotely with full focus on customer service.
    • Monitor Network health and create work-orders to address problems of user requests.
    • Ensure that all help desk calls are treated with the utmost courtesy, and they are quickly and effectively resolved.
    • Assist with the training and orientation of customers’ new user staff.
    • Work closely with other members of the support team, Product Management, and R&D to troubleshoot and resolve issues or feature requests as they arise.
    • Act as a member of the “Live Chat” team and assist and resolve technical questions or issues as they arise.

    Qualifications:

    • Applicants should have a degree in Information Technology and at least three years of experience in a relevant Technical Support position.
    • Extensive experience working in Linux network environments.
    • A service-oriented attitude with the patience and resolve to do what it takes to get the job done correctly and satisfy the customer.
    • The ability to pick up new technologies easily and to become proficient quickly.
    • The ability to manage technical requests with minimum oversight.
    • Experience working within a fast-paced environment and engaging with all levels of management.
    • Preferred experience with VoIP phone systems and support.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex and technical instructions to customers.

    Preferred Skills/Technologies:

    The below technologies are a significant part of the Technical Support team’s daily functions. Experience working with the below technologies is not required, but the CallCabinet team would consider an individual with working knowledge of some or all of these technologies a huge plus!

    • Zendesk
    • Telephony systems (Microsoft Teams, Cisco, Broadsoft, etc…)
    • SIP Signaling
    • Microsoft Azure network
    • Windows networking experience
    • WinPcap
