    Team Leader: Sales (Coffee)

    Job Description    
    Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has exciting opportunities in our Sales department. We are looking for talented individuals with relevant skills and experience for a Coffee Sales Team Leader roles, which are based in KZN and Gauteng . The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager.

    The Sales Team Leader will implement and execute L&T strategies in the trade through effective management and coaching of team members (Merchandiser Order Takers) in order to achieve KPI’s.
    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    Sales Coach

    Job Description    
    A leading FMCG is looking for a suitably qualified and experience candidate to effectively drive execution and capability development and support marketing activities in the trade, in order to contribute towards the achievement of increased sales volumes, customer satisfaction and brand.
    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    •  Drives execution and capability development in the district within the sales teams for AM’s/TAM’s, MOTS and Merchandisers specifically.
    •  Improves skills index through on the job and classroom based coaching.
    •  Implements sales disciplines.

    Warehouse Operator

    Job Description    

    • Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Warehouse department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Warehouse Operator role, which is based in Lakeside. The successful candidate will report directly to the Team Leader: Warehouse in Lakeside.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    To execute the activities within the warehouse according to the issued plan within the required operational efficiency standards.

    •  Ensure all trucks/trailers are loaded on time & in full according to the issued plan
    •  Ensure compliance to model stock layout for all SKUs
    •  Ensure stock is removed from the production lines such that there are no disruptions to production due to forklift availability
    •  Ensure loads are picked on time & accurately
    •  Comply to housekeeping standards
    •  Comply to processes
    •  Achievement of personal operational efficiency standards
    •  Care for assets as per standard operational practices
    •  Comply with relevant stock management processes including counting of inventory daily
