    Senior Placement Specialist

    • Attending strategy meetings and actively participate in the planning of the renewal.
    • Provide input to the Client Services regarding the content of the Renewal Information Questionnaires.
    • Preparation / Finalisation of Broking documentation
    • Collation of underwriting information
    • Preparation of Loss Ratio calculations
    • Identify and select appropriate markets in line with the agreed strategy
    • Distribution of renewal pack to the market and Wholesale brokers if necessary
    • Arrange market presentations as necessary
    • Negotiating with Markets and structure deals
    • Analyse and collate market terms for submission to client services including premium calculations
    • Preparation /Finalisation of Placing Slips
    • Issue closing instructions to wholesale markets and send Placing slips to markets for signature.
    • Obtain confirmation of cover from markets / wholesale brokers
    • Confirm final placement to Client Services
    • 8(2)(D) Applications/Process
    • Attend client meetings as required
    • Develop professional working relationship and rapport with Client Services and markets
    • Assist and support the Client Services Team as required.
    • Handle own portfolio of clients
    • Be alert to New Business opportunities and hands on involvement in new business development

    Risk Management Placement Leader

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage National Risk Management Practice Placement team
    • Lead Risk Management Placement aligning to Risk Management client strategy
    • Drive adoption in the business
    • Ability to execute on strategy in conjunction the with RM management team
    • Proactive intervention on potential issues
    • Oversee complex placements for Risk Management
    • Drive the best deals in the market
    • Upskill placement brokers in line with hard market requirements
    • Build strong relationships with insurers at senior level
    • Drive implementation of ET2 and other technology as required
    • Solutions driven
    • Build strong relationships with wholesale network
    • Support the RM Sales team to win new business

    Experience & Skills

    • Ability to work cross-team
    • Open mind to change to take the business forward
    • Minimum 8 years broking experience
    • Technical knowledge of policy wordings
    • Ability to drive change in the business
    • Ability to execute strategy
    • Problem solving
    • Ability to handle complex placements
    • FAIS compliant
