    Copywriter

    To produce clear, succinct and engaging copy and other content, aimed at meeting consumer’s demand for information about our products and services.
    Operational Excellence

    •   Refresh existing content to ensure it is up to date, accurate and helpful for consumers, and creating new content where an opportunity exists to support business initiatives.
    •   Understanding how content should be structured to rank well on search engines, and execute this to a high standard.
    •   Work with the Managers to fully understand the production required, then own the execution of that plan to deadline and the right standard.
    •   Ensure the accuracy, quality and on-brand tone of voice of all their own work, as well as working in conjunction with more senior team members.
    •   Prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met, especially when these are for requests from cross-functional teams in the business.

    Relationship Building

    •   Develop positive working relationships across the marketing team.
    •   Become a key part of the content team – be versatile and a supportive team member who is happy to share tasks, learn new skills and promote the benefits of the content team across the business.
    •   Work with SEO team members to ensure that copy is fully optimised.

    •   At least 2-3 experience in copywriting, with ability to produce clear customer-facing content which explains complicated concepts.
    •   Experience in on-line content creation.
    •   Previous experience working as a copywriter in a consumer-facing capacity.

    Senior Specialist : Customer Value Management Rewards & Loyalty

    • Analyze customer/product data to develop retention and uplift activities.
    •  Plan and deliver CVM campaigns and offers across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
    •  Analyze and report on post-campaign performance and insights

     
    Loyalty and Rewards plan

    •  Develop and execute Customer Rewards and loyalty programs plan.
    •  Develop support and promotional tools to reach customers.
    •  Execute strategic and tactical plans, by forming and facilitating coordinated cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, omni-channel loyalty campaigns
    •  Manage the campaign/offer process from designing optimised campaigns, briefing it to agencies, ensuring execution, securing rewards/incentives and reporting on overall performance.
    •  Acquire and manage a partner portfolio to derive shared value for business, partner and customer by identifying mutual opportunities

    Operational Management

    •  Drive reporting that tracks KPIs and business metrics on a regular basis to uncover actionable trends, insights and forecasts.
    •  Interact with pricing and operations as needed to ensure seamless execution of promotional offers
    •  Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure that key project milestones are met, and that required teams are engaged as needed to maintain agreed upon project schedule
    •  Manage campaign and marketing calendar

    Qualifications

    •  Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field

    Experience

    •  Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working on performance marketing with a focus on user retention and rewards & loyalty
    •  Understanding of customer journey and lifecycles.
    •  Understanding of referral and loyalty programs

     Experience with reward campaign management
