We are currently growing our team in Johannesburg, South Africa, and are looking for a creative, talented, enthusiastic, motivated, and dynamic Junior UI / UX Designer to join us.
Based in Johannesburg you will work closely with the teams in Africa and Europe. You will report to the Creative Director and you will be required to create compelling interactive mobile advertisements, such as mobile campaigns and presentations, as well as graphics and digital material.
Your responsibilities include:
Collaborate closely with the Creative team and actively contribute to the development of the company's culture and standards of quality
Collaborate with project contributors, facilitate and support team efforts. Meet with Account Executives and Sales Managers as required, to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned projects
Gain a thorough understanding of client needs, project objectives, scope and deadlines
Create compelling and original visual and interactive designs and ensure designs align with client expectations and overall project goals
Design interactive solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives and are industry-leading solutions
Provide quality assurance on all creative deliverables
Customize creatives on creative platforms, such as Celtra and/or Bonzai
Help establish and maintain quality and award-winning work that goes beyond design and cuts through to brand image and identity
Present designs to internal management and clients, both formally and through informal team collaboration
Requirements
Degree in Graphic Art / Media Design or related subjects
1-2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer across multiple platforms with an online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite programs
Experience with development for mobile platform is considered a plus
Good knowledge of Video/Audio editing is considered a plus
Perfect command of the English language
Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
Agile mindset and able to work under pressure

We are currently growing our team in Johannesburg, South Africa, and are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, motivated, dynamic and well connected Sales Manager to join us.
Overview and responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CEO of Out There Media Africa, you will be responsible for driving growth and generating revenues related to the company’s offerings. You will play a substantial role in helping the commercial success of the business by leading and managing advertising sales, marketing and customer care towards our clients (brands and their agencies).
You will be responsible for upselling to existing clients as well as generating own leads, negotiating and closing deals, reaching revenue targets and assisting clients through the course of their campaigns.
You will be trained on our offerings and our product suite but general client relationship and account management skills must already exist.
The role comprises of the following responsibilities:
Drive and grow existing account revenues
Achieve quarterly sales targets
Provide day to day support to your portfolio of clients
Manage and build client direct and agency relationships
Report on campaign performance
Ensure your clients are kept up to date on any new product offerings and are educated on OTM's capabilities
Liaising with your Account Managers and Brand Strategists for day-to-day support
Prepare and present proposals
Fulfil all role functionalities associated with sales and account management
Daily pipeline management and other related administration

Media planners & buyers – Agency or client direct
Digital strategists
Head of programmatic
Marketing, Legal
Media Planning & Co-Ordination (internal)
Requirements
Media Sales experience (min 5 years)
Knowledge of digital advertising products
Knowledge of the South African digital agency landscape
Established relationships within the digital media industry (SMS, USSD, PCM – messaging)
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
Good numerical skills
Ambitious, team player and a positive attitude
Strong organizational, people management and social skills
Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
