Requirements :

• NQF Level 7 in Financial Accounting /Auditing. Driver’s license.
• 3 to 5 years’ working experience in local government finance within Provincial Grants Management.

Duties :

• To Perform the monitoring of provincial grants management to enhance compliance with the relevant legislation and related regulations.
• Perform the monitoring of unspent provincial grants in local government and transferring provincial departments (TPDs) to enhance compliance with the relevant legislation and related regulations.
• Implement intergovernmental relations (internally and externally) including participation in intergovernmental meetings, workshops, collaboration sessions.
• Provide support to municipalities pertaining to provincial grants management. Facilitate the administrative function of the sub-directorate.
