    Executive Operations

    • The Executive Operations role requires an experienced leader in facilities management, specifically overseeing critical infrastructure like HVAC systems, large data centres, UPS/power backup systems, industrial generators, and general building maintenance.
    • Reporting directly to the COO and managing a team of Contracts Managers, Technical Managers, Senior Facilities Managers, and Engineering Managers, the role involves ensuring that strategic and critical facilities meet both business and contractual needs.
    • The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with a preference for Electrical or Electro-mechanical disciplines due to the nature of the equipment involved.
    • A Government Certificate of Compliance (GCC) is mandatory, and additional qualifications in Facilities Management, MBA, or MBL are advantageous.
    • You should have 15 years of relevant work experience, including 8 years in Engineering and Senior Management roles, with expertise in CRM, Property Management, and a variety of technical and core areas such as general building maintenance, supply chain, procurement, and contract management.

    Maintenance Manager - Durban

    • You will be responsible for overseeing a multidisciplinary team of 5 employees, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
    • This role requires a BTech in Mechanical Engineering and a Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) as mandated by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), with a preference for a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
    • You must possess over 5 years of post-graduation experience in a similar position, preferably with experience in tank maintenance management and chemical processing plants.

    SQL C# Developer

    • You will join the operational development team supporting the call centre in a hybrid role. Reporting to the Head of IT, this position involves creating and maintaining solutions with SQL Server for data manipulation and querying, alongside developing ASP.NET SPAs using C#, MVC, Razor, and Blazor. The role requires leveraging T-SQL for business and process logic in tandem with C#.

    Experience and Requirements:
