    Marketing Specialist / Digital Marketing Specialist

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail for precise analysis of data
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in competitive environment
    • Ability to work with teams and independently
    • Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Grade 12
    • Degree / Certificate in Marketing would be advantageous

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Valid driver's license
    • Minimum 2 year experience as Marketing Specialist
    • Thorough understanding of marketing elements
    • Experience in marketing data analytics and tools
    • Computer literate: MS Office, Marketing Software (Adobe, CRM, Canva, etc.)
    • Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
    • Well-organized and detail-oriented
    • Exceptional communication and writing skills
    • Commercial awareness with a creative mind

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data
    • Brainstorm and develop innovative marketing campaigns
    • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities
    • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting
    • Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product and service messages to clients

    IR / HR Specialist

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Relevant Qualification: Industrial Relations / Law
    • 5 years experience in IR / HR and CCMA matters
    • In-depth knowledge of LRA, BCEA, CCMA, Bargaining Council and relevant case law
    • Excellent drafting skills
    • Good communication skills
    • Work independently and in team environment
    • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (read, write & speak)
    • Own car and valid driver's license

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for matters relating to Misconduct, Poor Work Performance, Incapacity, Retrenchments, Grievance Meetings, Collective Bargaining, CCMA, DRC and Bargaining Councils
    • Ensure IR related company policy and procedures are up-to-date
    • Ensure all IR related matters are properly recorded
    • Drafting documents for CCMA, DRC and Bargaining Council matters
    • Facilitate and maintain a good working relationship with unions and union officials
    • Drafting opinions relating to Industrial Relations / Labour matters
    • Handing over Labour Court matters to instructed attorney
    • Drafting of notices to attend, Drafting of Suspension notices, Chairing of enquiries, Drafting of judgements
    • Advice clients on labour relations
    • Drafting of policies, contracts and implementation
    • Labour audit
    • Dispute resolution
    • Representation at CCMA, DRC and Bargaining Councils
