    Solution Consultant / Pre-sales Engineer

    What you’ll do

    Working with our sales team you will lead the technical sale with our prospects and customers to understand their current transaction landscape and determine their wants, needs and goals. Utilising your balanced mix of technical and business skills you will work with multiple buyer personas across the customer enterprise, often helping to inform their strategic direction. Your understanding of software design and business processes will help you define a solution, and model the financial business case, to meet their needs. You will manage or actively participate in the activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation, generating proposals that resolve pain-points and detail how the application will look, what the modules will be, and how they interact with each other. You will also define how the solution will scale for the future and how it will be maintained, while highlighting the benefits and risks. You will respond to RFIs, RFPs and design demos or proof of concepts to help our customer or prospect better understand the technical benefits of partnering with Electrum. Using your strong communication skills you will explain the solution in a language that the buyer will understand, selling the efficiencies of Electrum’s APIs over customised connections. You will gather market intelligence and better understand customer needs so that you are able to educate the go to market team and recommend new products, or enhancements, for an improved market fit.

    Customer Success Manager

    Job Overview

    You will implement the best customer success processes to delight customers and limit churn with an emphasis on improving monthly revenues and helping customers attain maximum return on investment - their success is your success. You will also share your customer insights for what customers really want with the marketing, sales and product teams to enhance messaging, offer solution benefits and drive customer value. Most of your day will be spent communicating with customers to ensure that they are well informed about the current state of their business, that any outages are well communicated and ensuring issues are resolved timeously and escalated appropriately.     Technical Writer

    Your role:

    • Create and maintain content that effectively promotes a better technical understanding of Electrum’s products. This includes user guides, tutorials, reference materials, how-to guides, user interface text, release notes, and process documentation.
    • Curate content repositories and ensure that the information is up to date and accessible.
    • Perform audience analysis to understand the appropriate level at which to deliver content.
