    Senior Director: Application Support

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    Job Description

    The Senior Cisco Network Engineer is responsible for providing a service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Through pre-emptive service incident and resolution activities, as well as product reviews, operational improvements, operational practices, and quality assurance this role will maintain a high level of service to clients. Their primary objective is to ensure Network service stability for our client’s business operations.

    The Senior Cisco Network Engineer is responsible for managing tickets of high complexity, conducts advanced and complicated tasks, and provides resolution to a diverse range of complex problems.     • Relevant Confluence experience or equivalent certification is required
    • Relevant DevOps certifications will be beneficial
    • Agile related certifications preferable.

    Required Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator/Engineer
    • 3+ administering and supporting Confluence.
    • Experience integrating Confluence with third-party tools and plugins
    • Experience with Linux or other Unix system administration.benefical
    • Understand basic database administration and competency in writing SQL queries, preferably Postgres database
