    Fraud Coordinator

    Description

    • Monitor and analyse Post Payment Model queues to identify syndicate fraud activity;
    • Analyse and keep record of syndicate fraud activity;
    • Recommend preventative measures based on the outcome of the analysis;
    • Monitor the Fraud system, promptly address transaction queues, and upload new data into the system;
    • Liaise with Banks, cardholders & call centre;
    • Monitor the official fraud report line;
    • Ensure that the No-Fly list is updated on a daily basis;
    • Responsible for the following:Case administration, Evidence gathering and interviewing, Disciplinary hearings and CCMA SAPS & Courts Case finalization, feedback, and reporting;
    • Responsible for weekly chargeback processing & administration (includes chargeback statistics, generation of monthly invoices & credits to travel agents, GDS/BSP as well as ADM & ACM administration);
    • Network with Experian, bank & SAPS staff where possible to build relationships and support networks;
    • Responsible for compiling daily operational reports on fraud incidents, case statuses, and compliance metrics to support timely investigations and accurate recordkeeping;
    • Attend IAFCI/ICFP webinars & seminars where possible;
    • Attend all team/ departmental/ company meetings. Acknowledge all company policies/ procedures as requested;
    • Assist in helping and mentoring new staff to ensure that SOP's, regulations, and terminology is correctly understood.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
    • Full ACFE/ICFP membership and/or relevant tertiary qualification;
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in credit card fraud investigations within the aviation industry or in a commercial/online merchant fraud environment (Essential);
    • Proven experience in the use of commercial credit card fraud prevention systems (Essential);
    • FlySafair product and process knowledge;
    • Booking system Payment system & Fraud system knowledge;
    • Knowledge of chargeback & refund procedures;
    • Knowledge of Criminal and internal investigations;
    • Compiling credit card fraud prevention strategies;
    • Analysing large volumes of sales data with the aim of identifying fraud;
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
    • Excellent report writing and administrative skills;
    • Strong attention to detail;
    • Problem solving skills;
    • Strong analytical skills.

    HR Specialist (Systems & Analytics)

    Description

    • Facilitate and maintain HR Information Systems (HRIS) and related platforms;
    • Partner with HR and IT to implement system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements;
    • Serve as a key point of contact for system troubleshooting and user support;
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across HR systems;
    • Develop and maintain data standards, governance processes, and documentation;
    • Provide support for various HR projects and respond to HR related inquiries as required;
    • Design and deliver dashboards and reports on key HR metrics;
    • Provide analytical support as and when required;
    • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to inform HR strategy and decision-making;
    • Provide input for monthly reports to the HR & Corporate Manager with the aim to enhance business decision-making capabilities (Headcount/ASL/Finance/Board report/4LC/IT/Reception/Training/Compliance audits);
    • Ensure HR systems and data meet legislative and organizational compliance standards;
    • Support audits and submissions related to employment equity, BBBEE, skills development, and other statutory requirements;
    • Collaborate with relevant teams to align systems and data practices;
    • Train HR team members and end-users on system usage and best practices.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field;
    • 5 years’ experience in a similar role (Essential);
    • Proven experience with HRIS platforms (Essential);
    • Project management experience (Essential);
    • Previous experience in HRIS implementation or system migrations (Advantageous);
    • Willingness to work overtime as and when required;
    • Knowledge of HR principles;
    • Proficiency in HR analytics tools and data visualization;
    • Strong understanding of HR processes, data privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks;
    • Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite;

    Employee Relations Specialist

    Description

    • Facilitate the handling of employee grievances, counselling, and conflict resolution processes in a timely and effective manner;
    • Take a proactive approach to conflict management and ensure adherence to grievance and disciplinary procedures;
    • Provide expert advice to management on appropriate disciplinary action, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with labour law;
    • Investigate employee concerns and recommend appropriate courses of action;
    • Assist in the formation, interpretation, and application of internal policies relating to employee conduct, discipline, and grievance management;
    • Engage with HR and departmental managers to monitor all disciplinary processes, including documentation, investigations, scheduling, and attendance at hearings;
    • Represent the organisation at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) and similar forums;
    • Support HR and line managers with CCMA case preparation and dispute resolution strategies;
    • Monitor internal and external legal developments and ensure the business remains compliant with relevant employment legislation, collective agreements, and case law precedents;
    • Deliver internal training to managers and employees on employee relations topics, including policies, legislation, and disciplinary processes;
    • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure ER matters are addressed effectively;
    • Review, draft, and update company policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current labour legislation and best employment practices;
    • Provide accurate interpretation of labour laws and ensure consistent application in the workplace;
    • Promote awareness and adherence to company policies, labour legislation, and collective agreements across the organization;
    • Conduct research and make recommendations based on recent employment law changes and court rulings.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
    • Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, IR or related field (Essential);
    • Postgraduate qualification in Labour Relations or related field (Advantageous);
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Employee Relations Industrial Relations, or Labour Law advisory roles (Essential);
    • Proven experience managing disciplinary processes and representing at CCMA;
    • Must be prepared to travel.
