    Specialist System Support Enterprise Resource planning System

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Manage the support of EVO interfaces – both JMS and API based, including issue resolution, mitigation, root-cause analysis and solution deployment
    • Manage all testing requirements for EVO Change Request resolution and reporting to multiple stakeholders
    • Collaborate with multiple support and deployment teams in different global locations – for both project and support activities
    • Support collaboration between teams to deliver appropriate actions to keep the systems and services operational (systems availability)
    • Support continuous improvement processes within the ERP systems team

    The Ideal candidate for this role will have:

    • Matric / Grade 12 essential.
    • 3 year degree or diploma in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field 
    • 3 – 5 years relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years project management exposure
    • Professional experience and knowledge of the telecommunications industry preferred skills
    • Knowledge of integration methodologies and technologies – especially REST-based API and Oracle-Fusion JMS-type integration

    Solution Architect: Lending - Midrand

    Role Purpose/Business Unit:

    The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and leading the implementation of a solutions and capability architecture for a particular business capability / user journey, according to the overall digital vision and target architecture.  This role is responsible for the technical analysis and holistic solution design of future capabilities and features, including external dependencies, cross-domain APIs, and technical enablers / stories.  This role is responsible for reviewing the target architecture vision and roadmap, evaluating and prioritizing roadmap items, and translating them into designs and non-functional requirements.  This incumbent is responsible for providing support to engineering to ensure development of technical stories are aligned to defined architecture paradigms, principles, and patterns.

    • Minimum 5 years relevant experience as a project manager or scrum Master managing in excess of 10  projects per quarter with disruption

    Manager Sports & Gaming - Midrand

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Responsible for researching and understanding the evolving trends, benchmarks and developments in the consumer digital services market, with a gaming focus
    • Leveraging both internal and external research and guidance to apply relevant enhancements to the Sports services.

    Portfolio Manager Product Design - Midrand

    Role Purpose/Business Unit

    The Portfolio Manager Design lead User Experience is responsible for designing the user experience  across all of Vodacom Financia and Digital Lifestyle Services.

    • The purpose of the role is to ensure that thourough user research, information architecture, facilitate the UX and UI design, Vodacom delivers relevant products with an exceptional user experience across all digital channels. This role requires solid experience with following user experience design methodologies; working with various partner UX/UI teams for crafting beautiful visual user interfaces; working in an agile, collaborative team; and working directly with developers for implementation of designs.
    • The role is core to delivering exceptional customer experience across our digital channels and will have a direct influence on the digital revenue KPI.
