    Khula Marketing Officer Interns

    Job Description    

    • To assist farmers to download the Khula App and demonstrate how to use the app and the Khula platforms.
    • Planning/ Co-ordinating farmer’s day (e.g. Venue, Agenda, Program, Engaging with different suppliers etc)
    • Visit farmers to give agricultural advice and promote Khula
    • Support AECI and Khula personal with admin and process flow activities
    • Build a good relationship with all the suppliers on the Khula platform to promote Khula

    Qualifications & Experience    

    • Minimum education Grade 12 essential
    • Experience in an agronomical experience on chemicals and fertilisers or at least farming experience would be advantageous, however not essential
    • Must be comfortable to present on a podium in front of big crowds
    • Must be technology driven and understand smartphones
    • Must be sales and marketing driven
    • Excellent communication skills

    Plant Assistant

    Job Description    

    • Receive sodium nitrates and prepare the gassing for MMU’s.
    • Ensure that all records for gassing preparation are kept for quality purpose.
    • Receive and issue diesel.
    • Ensure that daily stock levels are monitored and reported to the Logistics Controller.
    • Maintain good housekeeping at the plant.

    Learning & Development Associate

    Job Description    

    • Schedule and manage training plans for all businesses
    • Maintain a list of preferred and accredited providers
    • Evaluate all new providers in terms of offerings, costing etc.
    • Review and monitor service providers against service level agreements
    • Coordinate assessment and moderation from external providers
    • Attend courses conducted by external providers on an ad hoc basis to ensure quality facilitation is taking place
    • Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information
    • Collaborate with HCBPs to conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
    • Use accepted education principle and track new training methods and techniques
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training by deploying measurement and feedback tools that track outcomes and ensure alignment of objectives
    • Build and maintain relationships with relevant departments to ensure sufficient knowledge of related products, processes, legislations and regulatory frameworks
    • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
    • Comply with governance and established policies, systems, procedures and practices
    • Comply with Safety, Health and Environment standards
    • Manage Learnerships, apprenticeships to ensure delivery on skills scorecard

    Qualifications & Experience    

    • Relevant Human Sciences diploma (degree would be advantageous)
    • 3-5-year experience as a training administrator or SDF
    • In- depth knowledge of Skills Development Act
    • In- depth knowledge and understanding of relevant company policies, processes and procedures
    • Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
    • Effective record-keeping and report writing

    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Job Description    

    • Manage an integrated approach for talent acquisition for all recruitment segments and improve on the dependencies and recruiting tools.
    • Collaborate closely with all Recruiting Managers and Human Capital teams in delivering specific recruitment campaigns and report on the progress on a regular basis, this will also assist business in working towards their EE targets.
    • Manage the selection process of service providers and manage the relationships and delivery through a structured vendor management process/system.
    • Support the delivery of the induction program, Executive Induction and the framework for Company Specific Induction, whilst advising business on changes.
    • Maintain up to date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends, labour laws and legislative initiatives that have short and long term implications on the profitability of the business.
    • Manage the talent acquisition team objectives, performance and client feedback.
    • Feedback and report on all Talent Acquisition interventions and progress to the Group Talent 

    Qualifications & Experience    

    • Matric.
    • Qualification in HR or equivalent.
    • A minimum of 5 years in management corporate recruitment, preferably in a similar or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience recruiting in agencies (incl. researching, head-hunting and consulting).
    • Must have experience recruiting through full lifecycle.
    • Good knowledge or understanding of e-Recruitment Solutions.
    • Good knowledge or understanding of the laws that govern talent acquisition and employment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Project Management.

    Underground Mining Millwright Apprentice

    Job Description    

    • Train and gain knowledge and skills in the designated trade(s).
    • Participate in the formal training plan for the apprenticeship and make reasonable progress to achieve the competencies in the training plan.
    • Comply with the SETA requirements (Unit Standards) for the successful completion of the Apprenticeship programme.
    • Adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures, work instructions, guidelines, regulations / legislation and programs.
    • Medically fit to work in a chemical environment (working at heights and in confined spaces).

    Qualifications & Experience    

    • Mechanical Matric with Mathematics and Physical Science.
    • N3 Certificate with English, Engineering Science, Maths, N3 Trade Theory.
    • Applicants must be unemployed, between the age of 18 and 25.
    • Minimum of valid Code B Driver’s License (advantageous).
