    Credit Controller Supervisor - Bedfordview

    Purpose:

    To reduce Eduvos debt through the management of the credit control team.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • National Diploma / Certificate in Financial Accounting / Credit Management or Degree in Finance
    • At least three years experience in dept collection management

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    Accountability Areas:

    • Debt Collection 
    • Maintenance of student accounts
    • Reviewing of students enrolled
    • Student suspension
    • Operational Process Outputs:
    • Review of age analysis
    • Allocate accounts to credit controller
    • Identify risk accounts per credit controller
    • Action identified handover accounts
    • Load new collections in payment platform
    • Identify due accounts
    • Load collection

    Management Areas:

    • Debt strategy rollout – planning, scheduling, monitoring, control, corrective action 
    • Reporting on debt statistics
    • Workflow / alignment / silos with other finance departments 
    • Escalated query management
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for resolution of queries
    • Feedback to customer/ credit controller on outcome
    • Resourcing and capacity management (people, facilities, and equipment)

    Academic and Student Experience Manager

    The Position:

    To ensure and a positive student experience on a campus outside the classroom to ensure that a student is successful in his/her learning and teaching journey 

    Minimum qualification:

    • At least an honours degree, preferably in management  

    Experience:

    • Minimum three years of managerial experience in an academic environment
    • At least five years’ of service or customer management experience, preferably in higher education environment

    Academic Administrator

    The Position:

    To support all the academic administration functions (including assessment administration, recordkeeping of student data, enrolment functions, etc.) at the Durban campus.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Grade 12
    • Tertiary qualification will be preferable.

    Experience:

    • At least one years’ administrative experience, preferably in Assessment Administration, in the higher education environment.
