    Lecturer (Independent Contractor/ Part-Time)

    Job Description

    Part-time lecturing work available for graduates who have completed either a Bachelor of Education Honours Degree or alternatively a Master’s Degree in Education. Should you be successful in the interview you will be employed on a short-term independent contract basis for our Pretoria branch. Scheduling of lectures is flexible, and we can accommodate you if you are currently a teacher. All lectures are face-to-face and we do not offer online classes.

    We require lecturers with the following:

    A minimum of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) specializing in Early Childhood Development (ECD)/ Foundation Phase OR Postgraduate Certificate in Early Childhood Development (ECD)/ Foundation Phase. The undergraduate qualification or postgraduate qualification must include a focus on Early Childhood Teaching/ Foundation Phase Teaching.

    Academic Operations Administrator

    Job Description

    1. Job Purpose:

    To maintain student records; including assessment administration; collection of assessments; keeping of registers and capturing and/or importing of marks.

    2. Key Performance Area:

    • Document management

    • Operating Procedures documentation; including query resolution

    • Data capturing 

    • Assist with administrative duties and set up of assessment cycles

    • Storeroom management and archiving 

    • Support management and the Academic team to ensure that deadlines are met student queries are resolved within agreed time frames

    • Support overall Campus activities:

    • Registration of students, orientation, open days, Internal and external audits

    3. Education:

    Minimum requirements

    • Administration qualification 

    • Matric

    4. Work Experience:

    • Administrative duties & client services experience 

    • Experience within an Educational Institution required.

    5. Physical Job Requirements:

    Campus environment

    6. Working Conditions:

    Saturday work required
