    Customer Success Advocate (IT industry experience essential)

    You'll need:

    • Proven experience in customer success or account management within a SaaS or technology company (3-5 year dependent on sector experience).
    • Strong understanding of customer success/account management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
    • Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively.
    • Experience managing a large volume account set is preferred.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software and Gainsight platforms is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent work experience).

    Managed Services Engineer- JHB

    Technical Support Engineer (API, Microsoft, cybersecurity, email networking proven experience essential)

    • As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting customers and your Mimecast coworkers with complex questions regarding the Mimecast platform and the products we interact with.
    • You should be comfortable with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, other e-mail related systems, have an interest in our API, as well as advanced networking fundamentals.
    • You will need to have an excellent understanding of TCP/IP networking and internetworking, messaging technologies and messaging security technologies. 

    You'll need: 

    • Deep understanding of internet fundamentals, network routing, email flow and security
    • Significant experience with implementing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory, including functionality like group policy domain and forest trusts, and FSMO roles.
    • Knowledge and understanding of API integrations.
    • Experience providing technical support to IT Administrators
    • Excellent written and telephone communication skills.
    • Effective problem resolution and troubleshooting /root cause analyses
    • Excellent time management
    • MCSE, MCTS, MCITP qualification or equivalent is essential
    • Azure Fundaments Beneficial
    • Office 365 certifications 
    • CompTIA Security+ (SY0-601) Certification beneficial

    Business Analyst - JHB

    Business Analyst - Corporate Data Management

    • In this role you will be the liaison between the end user and the data engineering teams, it requires both deep technical capabilities along with the ability to be analytical.
    • You will work with stakeholders from business units throughout Mimecast and our Analyst team to gather and record user requirements and success criteria for project work, enhancement requirements and bugs.
    • You will closely work with the project team to ensure user requirements are understood before and during the development phase.
    • You will be responsible for engaging with project managers, architects, system owners and business users to ensure processes are defined, documented and translated into technical requirements in order for the development teams to build and deliver solutions.

    You'll need:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to liaise with staff at all levels in the organisation
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create clear requirements and specification documentation
    • A good understanding of data systems, system architecture and data warehouses
    • Experience of requirements gathering for a data warehouse
    • Ability to work with system users to elicit and formally define their requirements
    • A good understanding of the agile project management methodology
    • Experience of using cloud based applications, for example Salesforce
    • Strong ability to extract information by questioning, active listening and interviewing.
    • Ability to work on own initiative within agreed boundaries
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
    • Be flexible and adaptable
    • Understanding of the Kimball data warehouse lifecycle business requirements methodology
    • Understanding of financial and accountancy terminology
    • Experience of system testing and creating test scripts

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or relevant working experience generally seen with at least 6+ years of technical, business and management experience.
