    Lead Consultant - Identity and Access Management/Access Management

    The Opportunity
    We are looking for an Identity, Access and Security (IAS) Technology Consultant to join our team in South Africa, as part of the Emerging Markets (EM) region Cyber Resilience (CyberRes) Professional Services (PS) team. The CyberRes PS team provides engineering services that span the MicroFocus’ CyberRes portfolio.

     

    • In this role, you will work collaboratively with Identity, Access and Security (IAS) consultants, Managing Principals and Directors to deliver cutting-edge services on client engagements with a world-class team from around the globe. You will be accountable for deploying Identity, Access and Security (IAS) solutions to satisfy client business requirements and assist customers to utilise Identity, Access, and Security (IAS) to its full potential. 
    • This job isn’t just about installing software and making it work; it’s about delivering the knowledge to our customers so that they can continue to utilise Identity, Access, and Security (IAS)  long after you leave client site. An important aspect of this role is understanding cyber security operations and how to utilise Identity, Access, and Security (IAS)  to perform daily cyber security operations tasks.

    What it takes

     

    • Requirements gathering, designing, implementation, and testing of enterprise-level IAS solutions and providing professional quality concepts and documentation to customers.
    • Participate in technical engagements and small teams, working with both internal and customer management and delivery teams
    • Work with sales, presales and partners to identify, initiate and qualify new opportunities. Supports sales, presales and partners in opportunities (bid presentations, Request for Proposals, Proof of Concepts)
    • Be able to articulate and present the business and technical value of Micro Focus’ Identity and Access Management solutions to clients and partners
    • Actively contribute to IAS solutions providing information ranging from technical knowledge to implementation methodologies, based on previous project experience.
    • Act as an expert providing direction and guidance to customers IAS process and policy improvements.
    • Produce high-quality documentation of a professional caliber.
    • Be prepared to work remotely or travel to customers’ premises as required.
    • Providing the basic level of Identity and Access Management, Access Governance, and IT-security domain knowledge of Micro Focus IAM solutions to customers and partners

    Account Executive - Johannesburg

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for creating and driving the sales pipeline.
    • Maintain knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position the company's products and services more efficiently.
    • Use specialty expertise to seek out new opportunities in the cyber security market and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline in and drive pursuit.
    • Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, up to and including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
    • You may invest time working with and leveraging external partners along with the channel team to deliver sales numbers.

    Education and Experience Required: 

    • University or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
    • Cyber Security certificates is a plus
    • Demonstrated achievement in a similar sales environment, diversity of business customer, and higher-level customer interface.
    • Extensive selling experience within industry and on similar products.
    • Track record of successful product sales in the cyber security solution market.

    Your Capabilities and Skills: 

    • Understand the industry and market segment in which key accounts are situated and integrate this knowledge into consultative selling.
    • Understand the role of Cyber Security within the area of specialization, and how our solutions differentiate Open text Cyber Security in the industry.
    • Account planning and accurate account revenue forecasting skills.
    • Collaborate with the management, channel team and sales teams in shared accounts to ensure seamless integration of specialist sales with other sales activities.
    • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure account retention & growth.
    • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of products and service offerings as well as competitor's offerings.
    • Leverage services offering as part of strategic product sales.

    Sr. Account Executive - JHB

    We are in search of talented Account Executive to join our sales team in South Africa, with proven track record of building a territory, from a base of accounts.
