    Your Role

    • Responsible for business development and performance for major clients in the Financial Services Industry
    • Have strong Financial Services industry expertise, can discuss C-level agenda, and bring industry insights and intelligence

    Manager Contracting Counsel

    Job Summary:

    Review, draft, and negotiate several types of client-facing contractual agreements in a fast-paced corporate environment including: master services agreements, outsourcing agreements, statements of work, service level agreements, licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, data processing and transfer agreements, requests for proposals and agreements involving cloud, blockchain, information/cyber security, automation, systems integration and agile development methodologies.
