    Consulting - Strategy - Technology Strategy & Transformation - Manager

    Main purpose of role

    A manager level resource to support the engagement team y in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagements / projects. Builds own understanding of our purpose and values and explores opportunities for impact. Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development. Acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent. Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track.

    Roles and responsibilities

    • Ability to drive proposals and formulate the solution, approach and team construct required to deliver projects focused on Technology Strategy and Architecture.
    • Ability to confidently engage with clients during the pursuit process.
    • Ability to lead teams and deliver Technology Strategy and Architecture-related projects.
    • Ability to develop and enact an enterprise level technology strategy with alignment to business strategy and demand, core technology competencies (current & future state), growth plans, and disruptive threats.
    • Ability to reimagine the technology and business relationship by architecting future strategies, models, platforms, ecosystems, and capabilities into integrated business solutions, enabling transformation & value realization.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Degree or diploma aligned to area of specialisation
    • TOGAF (trained and understanding)

    • BSc or BCom or BEng degree

    Experience

    • Minimum 8 years’ experience within management consulting or related field in a client facing role. At least 3 years of these should be in a management role.

    Main purpose of role

    A Senior Manager is a critical leadership role in the Consulting structure with an expectation to support and drive service / business area strategic plans, management of multiple, complex project engagements, capability development and strengthening, client account development and business development through the effective management of self and team/s.

    Main purpose of Job

    • Supports the Engagement Manager in delivery of engagement / project, in specific area of competency
