    ASO Team Lead

    Purpose:

    The successful candidate will have the opportunity to market apps for a range of global brands with the support of a team of ASO Executives. The candidate must also be passionate about Appstore Optimization to drive growth and continued optimisations in the App space. This role reports directly to the Head of Acquisition Marketing: Research and Development.

    Duties will include, but not limited to:

    • Lead a team of Mobile Marketers focusing on ASO and Organic Growth
    • Develop best in-class ASO Executives across target App Stores like App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android)
    • You will be responsible for growing brand apps organically on target stores
    • Monitor the performance & own the reporting function of our App Store marketing.
    • Perform competitors research to gain market insights and identify new opportunities
    • Work with internal stakeholders and lead processes end-to-end
    • Ensuring all projects are managed properly and guiding the team towards growth & expansion
    • Performing regular reviews and strategy sessions with stakeholders
    • Drive traffic to the Apps listing from available placements and comm
    • Running educational sessions, trainings, and workshops for the internal team
    • The passion to support, educate and drive productivity within the team

    Essential Requirements:

    • Leadership Experience
    • 2+ years’ experience in App marketing / App Store Optimisation
    • Great understanding of the algorithms that power the App Store & Google Play Store
    • Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate across several teams.
    • The ability to act on data but with creativity as well.
    • Strong reporting and data -driven analysis skills
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Hands-on experience of growing apps and/or mobile games.
    • Experienced with keywords optimization
    • Ability to work in a performance driven environment.

    Desirable Criteria:

    • iGaming/Financial Industry Experience
    • Experience with ASO & SEO Tools, such as: Appstore Consoles, Mobile Action, Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Sensor Tower etc.

    Software Developer

    Purpose of the Role:

    The Intermediate Software Developer will form a vital part of a team of C# Developers who are responsible for creating cutting-edge software that supports critical business processes. This candidate will report to the Software Development Team Lead.

    Duties include, but not limited to:

    • Develop cutting-edge software using the latest development tools and frameworks.
    • Unit-test all software artifacts.
    • Maintain current systems (web/other) and develop new systems (web/other) using the latest technologies.
    • Collaborate with Product Owners and Test Analysts in developing, testing and deploying systems components.
    • Research and develop new technologies.
    • Provide second/third line support to IT for software deployed into company eco system.
    • Analyse and resolve complex and high impact production issues.
    • Monitor systems performance and ensure all SLA’s are met.

    Essential Criteria:

    • A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ hands-on development experience.
    • Experience in working with agile teams and successfully delivering agile based software projects.
    • .Net Core
    • NoSQL (Mongo)/ SQL

    Desirable Criteria:

    • MVC pattern
    • Message Queues (RabbitMQ)
    • Out of Memory Caching (Couchbase)
    • Real time evaluations (SignalR/XSockets)
    • Source control concepts (Merging, Branching, Publishing)
    • Continuous Integration
    • Computer Science related degree, diploma or similar qualification.
