    Technical Product Owner - CPT

    Job Purpose

    • To ‘own’ and provide technical leadership for products at a site level and to ensure that the product is delivered to the highest levels of quality and robustness.
    • Responsibilities include effectively and independently own and lead all elements of the Product Lifecycle for specific products or product family.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Performs Technical Risk Assessments (TRA) and Process Validation (PV) on products assigned to ensure that the necessary process robustness is built into product manufactured and packed on site.
    • Performs Continued Process Verification (data trending) on assigned products to proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
    • Performs Performance Qualification (PQ) on systems as assigned in alignment with QMS policies.
    • Ensures Quality by Design (QbD) principles are applied, and a robust and well understood process and product control strategy are transferred during technical transfer, full scale development and commercialization of new products from R&D, and subsequent transfers to other sites.
    • Maintains accountability for the product throughout its lifecycle, influencing the manufacturing process, analytical process, pack, device, and associated specifications including technical input to the lifecycle validation approach for the product.
    • Provides leadership and establishes key relationships within site across Operations, Technical, Quality and Engineering for the product(s) for which he/she is accountable, and above site with other Product Owners and R&D
    • Assesses the product quality impact of any change that can impact CQAs/CPPs via review and update of TRA and PCS
    • Provides technical input to regulatory submissions for first file, post-approval submissions, periodic product reviews, internal and external audits.
    • Provides technical leadership and input into root cause analyses to support the investigation and resolution of product complaints and deviations, in conjunction with QA, Engineering and Operations
    • Maintains current and previous knowledge on the product(s), performance and end to end process, including critical quality attributes (CQAs) and critical process parameters (CPPs)

    Laboratory Analysts - CPT

    Experience level required: 
    BSc Hons (chemistry) or B Tech (chemistry) with:

    • minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical laboratories.
    • experience in analytical validation testing and/or process validation and/or cleaning validation testing. 
    • Proficiency in HPLC techniques, wet chemistry testing and in instrumental analytical techniques.

    Main duty:

    • Preform analytical Method Validation testing and validation related chemical testing.

    Technical Sales Representative - JHB

    Duties:

    • Deliver sales revenue based on regional sales target and personal sales target.
    • Accountable for own, creation of new, and maintenance of existing area customer relationships.
    • To maximise market advantage through a strong focus on the contractor market sector, whilst ensuring alignment with end user requirements, specifier requirements and overall customer relationship management.
    • Accountable for maintenance of personal trade spend within the assigned sales region.

    • Analyse and assess customer product mix to show value add to the customer and company, whilst aligning with overall company strategy.
    • Adherence to company reporting procedure/commercial admin systems, offering appropriate feedback and information when required or requested.
    • Adherence to strict ethical codes of conduct and maintenance of confidentiality at all times.
    • Manage product performance issues in line with company guidelines.
    • Update of CRM including and not limited to, Visit reports, Customer information and Market Intelligence.
    • Meet required monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets as set and agreed upon.
    • Train relevant customer and any further individuals according to the agreed annual target.
    • Attend internal and external meeting, as and when require.

    Requirements:

    • Matric Qualification.
    • Valid Drivers License.
    • Experience with working closely with architects, engineers, and contractors.
    • Technical Sales Experience.

    Job Purpose:

    This job has area/shift schedules for overall compliance oversight and regulatory related activities.

    Public Affairs Officer - Fixed term contract

    Responsibilities:

    • Help to create the optimal climate for the company's business by providing strategically focused, high quality public affairs services.
    • Initiate, manage & maintain the company's employee communication program
