    Boarder Caretaker (Boys)

    Key performance areas

    • Supervise and ensure the welfare of hostel learners, acting in loco parentis
    • Maintain discipline by enforcing hostel rules, policies, and the Code of Conduct
    • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of learners before school
    • Manage hostel administration, inventories, and daily operations
    • Liaise with staff, parents, and relevant stakeholders regarding learner welfare and maintenance issues
    • Organize and facilitate recreational and entertainment activities for boarders
    • Conduct daily checks of hostel assets and report damages for follow-up
