    • A leading manufacturing company based in Durban is seeking a skilled and motivated SAP Support Analyst to join their team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys problem-solving, supporting business systems, and driving process improvements

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day support for SAP-related issues impacting business operations
    • Resolve Level 1 support queries promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately

    • An exciting hybrid opportunity is available for a skilled Microsoft Managed Services Engineer to join a dynamic Managed Services Team, based in Gauteng.
    • You would play a critical role in delivering high-quality support, administration, and optimisation of customer Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365/Azure tenants.
    • This role works closely with internal teams and customers to ensure systems operate efficiently, securely, and in line with best practices, while contributing to the continuous improvement of standards and policies.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including provisioning, patching, hardening, and security management
    • Monitor and optimise server performance, security, and operational efficiency
    • Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Office 365) tenants
    • Proactively improve Microsoft 365 security posture and governance
    • Troubleshoot and resolve server and tenant-related incidents
    • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on major or recurring issues
    • Act as an escalation point for 2nd-line engineers and internal teams
