    Property Analyst (Stellenbosch)

    ENVIRONMENT:

    • A growing Property Development & Construction Group seeks a highly meticulous and organised Property Analyst whose primary responsibility will be to evaluate new acquisition and development opportunities.
    • You will also conduct due diligence investigations on all new opportunities, compile sales packs, liaise with agents and maintain weekly progress reports on new acquisitions, developments and sales.
    • The principal challenges in the position are to find and analyse new acquisition opportunities that suits the investment criteria/strategy of the group including new development land, to find and analyse suitable development solutions for the existing land holdings within the current portfolio of the group and to identify properties for sale and drive marketing of such successfully.

    DUTIES:

    New Acquisition Opportunities –

    • Liaise with agents to source new opportunities.
    • Gather all the required information from the agents.
    • Conduct market research to determine rental rates and capitalisation rates for specific areas.

    • Present all new opportunities at weekly deal committee meetings.
