    Sales and Marketing Director

    Key Objectives:

    • Drive sustainable financial growth by developing strategies for new revenue streams and building long-term client relationships in local and international markets.
    • Align sales and revenue targets with company goals, contributing to customer-centric strategies that address evolving market needs.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities, monitor trends, and inform strategic initiatives and product innovations.
    • Assess competitor markets, analyze risks and profitability, and provide regular reports on market disruptions.
    • Support equitable employment practices, positive industrial relations, and a safe, healthy work environment in compliance with regulations.

     Minimum Requirements:

    Education:

    • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent

    Qualifications:

    • Degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or related field. An Executive Management program or MBA would be an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • 5–8 years of experience in a technical, manufacturing, or sales environment, ideally from the Chemical manufacturing industry
    • At least 5 years in a senior Marketing/Sales role with a successful track record of driving sales and managing teams in a similar industry.
    • Proven managerial experience, particularly in strategy development, sales growth, and client management.

     Skills:

    • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends
    • Leadership capabilities with a focus on fostering collaboration and achieving result

    Senior Manager: Employee Relations

    Key focus areas include:

    • Employee Conflict Resolution
    • Policy Development and Compliance
    • Employee Engagement
    • General Operational ER Responsibilities
    • Performance Management and Employee Discipline
    • Investigations and Legal Compliance

    Must Have

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/ LLB/ Business Administration/ or a relevant postgraduate qualification
    • Minimum of 10 years in Industrial/Employee Relations, with strong business acumen and a proven record of driving improvement and efficiency
    • Extensive knowledge of South African labour legislation and labour relations processes
    • Understanding bargaining council structures and collective agreements
    • Sound understanding of all labour relations processes
    • High EQ, cultural sensitivity and exceptional interpersonal skills
    • Proven successful stakeholder relationship management (internal and external)
    • Genuine passion for employee engagement
    • Valid Driver’s License

    Nice to Have

    • 7+ years of demonstrated expertise in Human Capital practices
    • A solid foundation in business principles
    • Master’s Degree in Human Resources

    Finance Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee finance systems, internal audits, and housekeeping (GRN/PO/Leave approval). Monitor procurement and costing functions.
    • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process. Provide accurate financial reports and analysis to senior management.
    • Conduct internal audits and support external annual audits.
    • Manage CAPEX authorizations and fixed asset register.
    • Develop product costing, manage stock counts, and control variances.
    • Provide direction to the finance team and foster a productive work environment.

     Qualifications & Experience:

    • Honours Degree in Accounting/Financial Management (or equivalent).
    • CA (SA) with 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
    • FMCG or manufacturing experience preferred.
    • Strong communication, analytical, and technical skills. Syspro experience is a plus.
