    Human Resource Business Partner

    Job Summary

    The role will be responsible for partnering with people managers in all areas of HR by providing a professional people management support and guidance which will includes but not limited to: Talent Management, Change Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Employee experience, Learning and Development.

    Key Performance Areas

    • Partner with the business leaders to directly influence the business strategy and ensure translation of the strategy and functional plans to design and implement people and organisational interventions that support the vision while applying data driven and external insights metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, workforce skills, D&I, reporting, budget, etc.) to deliver business outcomes with impact.
    • Build an inclusive environment for the team to collaborate, develop trust, bring their best selves to work and work in a safe space to speak up.
    • Coach leaders on team priorities and objectives linked to purpose and strategy, helping collaborate with other teams, manage across the matrix, remove obstacles and overcome silos.
    • Understands the culture within the team and proactively works on developing the culture and engagement across all stakeholders.
    • day-to-day HR support for employees spread across South Africa.
    • Strive for customer excellence in delivery of services
    • Optimise service provider network
    • Nurture and encourage intradepartmental relations
    • Maintenance and updating of functional policies
    • Monitoring and interpretation of applied information (policies and general communication)
    • Development and maintenance of Workplace Skills Plans and EE Plan
    • Submission of all related South African Labour reports
    • Advise business leaders and functional teams on strategic and operational execution, including team effectiveness, change management, organizational design, performance management, talent, retention and engagement.

    People Growth and Leadership

    • Instigate career and development conversations with business leaders, understanding aspirations, skills and the capabilities required.
    • Responsible for execution HR talent strategy including pipeline development, campus program, intern program, execution and development of capability program, focused strategy on retention of key talent
    • Drive the talent agenda in partnership with the business, establishing quality succession planning for critical positions and business value roles, development plans of key talent and talent strategy to build the leadership pipeline.
    • Drive performance management with lpeople managers of individuals & teams.

    Educational Background

    • Bachelor’s Degree or NDip in Human Resources Management or related field. (required)

    Experience Requirements

    • 7+ years of HR business experience
    • Experience on SAP and SuccessFactors
    • Experience in the Information Technology Industry is preferred
    • Experience driving HR programs and process across multiple stakeholder teams
    • Ability to simplify and quickly prioritize
    • High degree of executive maturity and confidentiality required
    • Strong execution skills and ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
    • Resiliency and perseverance needed to drive results and work forward quick

    Contracts Manager

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    The main purpose of this position is to be the process owner and Contract Manager for business partners. Also repsonsible or local data privacy.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):

    The key responsibilities of the position are as follows, but not limited to:

    • AT Screening, NDA & Supplier/Customer Onboarding
    • Credit Applications
    • To provide legal advice on issue of all kinds of contracts and agreements, from initial draft to execution, with the company (Sales, Purchase, Service etc).
    • To monitor contracts through the contracting cycle, liaising with relevant staff.
    • To supervise Risk assessment (both operative & strategic) related to business contracts and to review and challenge output and escalate issues as appropriate.
    • Legal due diligence and risk assessment of tenders and contracts,
    • Liaising with the customers to reach settlement agreement.
    • Advising on necessary action to be taken to avoid legal disputes with regard to business contracts
    • To review and evaluate the existing data privacy measures at GDZAMS.
    • To ensure compliance with internal and external requirements regarding Data Privacy.
    • To support implementation of the corporate data privacy policies and national laws by issuing local and/or internal guidelines for data privacy.
    • To act as the central point of information for all questions related to data privacy within GDZAMS and to train employees on data privacy.
    • To send annual reports on data privacy to the Group Policy Officer.
    • To create and maintain an intranet presence on Data Privacy in ePlanet.
    • Responsible for the examination of technical and organizational measures in view of data privacy.
    • To maintain (if applicable) contacts with the competent supervisory authorities and to fulfil all obligatory registrations with regard to data privacy.
    • Other duties and special projects as required.
    • All of the above objectives are to be completed striving at all times for Quality, Trust and Security – Creating Confidence.

    MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • University Degree in Commerce or Law (or Equivalent).
    • Masters (or Post-Graduate) of Business Administration or similar.
    • Admitted attorney preferred.

    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years professional market related experience.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES:

    • Drating of contracts with no base.
    • Co-ordinatin of tasks to facilitate completion of contract.
    • Risk assessment for contract.
    • Ability to ensure that the company is not placed at risk.
    • Work in a collaborative way with all stakeholders.
    • Emotional intelligence is a must.
    • Time/sel management is a must.
    • Business etiquette and professional conduct is essential.
    • Must be able to find solutions to obstacles with proven problem-solving skills.
