    Project Engineer

    You will be working with an international client in a team; focused on continuous improvement, adding value and fostering a collaborative culture.The delivery of high quality projects in line with client expectations and in support of the company strategy, will be some of your responsibilities.    

    Minimum Requirements    

    • 2+ Years relevant work experience
    • B.Eng Degree/ B.Tech (Industrial)
    • Advanced Excel knowledge (VBA beneficial)
    • Good Problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
    • Knowledge of project management
    • Previous experience in Pragma International with be advantageous

    Project Manager

    This role is focused on supporting the Programme team to successfully implement and embed an innovative new agile delivery methodology in collaboration with the broader business. 

    Minimum Requirements    

    • National Diploma or equivalent work experience (Postgraduate Preferred)
    • 7+ years' experience in Project Management 
    • Project Management Qualification (PMP preferred)
    • Experience of management of data and analytics projects
    • Experience of working on projects that have involved the introduction of new ways of working / processes / methodologies into a business
    • Highly proficient in Project Management principles, methods, techniques and tools
    • Highly numerate, with strong financial management
    • Experience of innovation initiatives
    • HME project experience would be advantageous

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Do all Project Management tasks for level 0 Support    
    • Coordinating all work between different parties    
    • Inspections    
    • Engage and coordinate between Mine Line Manager , Planning and Contractor and various OEM's    
    • Compile memo’s and presentations for funds or additional resources    
    • Monthly progress feedback    
    • Safety conscience and adherence to standards     
    • Plan and control the activities required to deliver the project on time, on budget and within the required workplan    
    • Lead activities to foresee risks and issues and create mitigation plans    
    • Own and oversee the end-to-end management of the project    
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation / reports    
    • Manage all phase of the project (initiate, planning, execution, monitoring and control and close out)    
    • Effectively manage scope and dependencies    
    • Ensure that business outcomes are defined, approved, and delivered     
    • Responsible for benefits realization and ensure that benefits are delivered in the best way possible    
    • Support strong governance, aligned with the overall governance, and ensure that timely decisions are taken    
    • Communicate regularly and effectively with project stakeholders

    Systems Engineer

    The Systems Engineer will be part of a small team working closely together to define, develop, implement and deliver Asset Health Management services making use of technology like IoT. A good fit candidate would be a goal orientated individual who enjoy working in a fast paced, continuously changing innovative environment. The main responsibilities of this position are to manage all related systems, system integrations and to automate processes. Our mature work environment allows for flexible hours and working environment. Experience IoT and be part of the next industrial evolution utilising the latest technology available in the asset management environment.    

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Relevant qualification in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or relevant experience in related field
    • 2 years professional experience in a related role, e.g. integration, low-code development or business intelligence is preferable
    • Keen interest in data and software and the way it all comes together
    • Good and professional communication skills

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Manage projects effectively and profitably, as defined in the client proposal, service level agreement (SLA) or project plan.
    • Custodian of EAMS and other related systems and business processes
    • Develop custom solutions
    • Provide support and fault finding
    • Document and test solutions
    • Data analysis and compiling reports
    • Develop asset management standards aligned with the company methodology
