Requirements
Responsibilities:
Ensure solutions to new and challenging data problems in the SPARK Schools ecosystem, including but not limited to establishing a single source of truth, master and reference data management, defining the data landscape and organisational data processes.
Well versed in data governance and management. Ability to guide executives based on industry best practices.
Work with the executives and systems team to ensure compliance in terms of PoPIA and GDPR.
Act as an internal consultant to the Executive (Technology) to ensure information security adherence and compliance.
Ensure SPARK Schools has all relevant policies with respect to Information security, Data governance, GDPR and PoPIA.
Develop and implement a data management strategy.
Serve as an analytics domain expert: help the business intelligence team scope and prioritise projects, identify required infrastructure, maintain existing infrastructure.
Be a thought partner to other departments and drive data-driven decision-making across SPARK Schools.
Build reports and dashboards that empower stakeholders to self-service data consumption, enabling them to access data and insights as needed
Deeply understand users within the SPARK ecosystem and their actions (end to end) and champion features to enhance user experience - reducing pain points for all stakeholders.
Help develop data-driven products and services, such as client-facing analytics insights and personalised experiences
Be able to simplify and communicate complex topics to non-technical audiences.
Elevate the entire business (Particularly Product Design, Sales, Marketing, Systems, Accounts and Customer Service teams) by analysing and leveraging data to make recommendations and improvements
Assist in developing data-driven products and services, such as client-facing analytics insights and personalised experiences
Work with other analysts and data scientists to support business intelligence work from SQL pipelines and Power BI.
Ad-hoc data analysis and forecasting

Qualifications and Criteria:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and criteria:
Completed relevant bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, computer science or another relevant field
Masters degree preferable
5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Specialist - 3 of which must be as a manager or senior role
Expert knowledge of Data Management Frameworks, e.g. DAMA, DMM
Expert knowledge of SQL
Expert level usage of BI tools, e.g. Power BI & Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to sort through and work with large datasets
Analytics and visualisation experience across multiple company domains such as Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance
Experience with web analytics and optimisation tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.)
Experience in designing and setting up experiments to analyse the impact of new products and features a plus (hypothesis testing, multivariate analysis, or Bayesian)
Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud is preferred.
Experience working with developers

Familiarity with version-control systems
Excellent team leadership and development skills are non-negotiable

Purpose of Role:
The PPC and Web Development Specialist is responsible for implementing and managing all marketing campaigns specifically on digital channels. This role has two main aims:
To enhance brand awareness amongst our stakeholders using digital platforms.
To drive traffic to our social media pages and website, generating leads.

Establish a digital marketing roll out plan aligned with the overall marketing strategy
Define key performance indicators for digital marketing by channel and report on these KPIs on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic to the company website, generating leads
Manage the company’s digital marketing agencies and ensure the quality of their outputs.
Maximise return on investment (ROI) on digital marketing spend.

Create and conduct Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys for staff and parents, collate data, generate and disseminate NPS Report
Manage the upload on virtual tours scans to the company website and work with the supplier to create new schools scans
Manage the generation of video content as required by the business
Identify new trends and technologies in digital marketing and recommend adoption of those most beneficial to SPARK Schools
Ensure that SPARK Schools remains at the forefront in industry developments
Conduct desktop research, including competitor and industry analysis and report on insights and learnings for the company
Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in marketing - digital marketing qualifications/certifications a plus
Experience
2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a closely related field
Experience managing PPC, SEO, Google Analytics, Adwords and working with HTML/Javascript, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads and Instagram Ads
Experience using Power BI to visualise marketing data beneficial

The Assistant Principal drives student achievement as an instructional leader by providing excellent instructional coaching and professional development to benefit classroom instruction and the Learning Lab. The Assistant Principal supports the Principal in providing teachers, blended learning facilitators, and PE coaches the training and support necessary to be highly effective, professional educators.
