Job description

As a Reward Consultant you will be consulting on projects across the full spectrum of remuneration.

This includes reward strategy, performance management, market positioning (benchmarking), variable pay review and design as well as indicative financial modelling.

You will primarily be involved in the following :

• Executive benchmarking analysis;
• Drafting of recommendation reports;
• Indicative valuations of long-term incentives;
• Short-term and long-term incentive review and design;
• Remuneration report (policy) review and recommendations;
• Indicative modelling (illustrating the cost and benefits of incentive plans);
