    HR Transformation & Analytics Management Consulting Professionals

    Job description

    As part of our Talent & Organization practice, you will be part of a team of talented and ambitious professionals that will work on developing the next generation of HR Transformation & Analytics solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients on consulting engagements ranging from developing and implementing HR Operating models, Organizational Design and Digital HR

    You will be engaged in multiple projects in a diverse and challenging range of industries. You will need to have the ability to operate in rapidly evolving and changing environments and be comfortable with driving tangible results for our clients.

    As a key team member, you will be given the autonomy to drive your own deliverables whilst being part of a larger engagement. You will be supported by our global network of Talent & Organization experts to leverage our collective experience.

    We are increasingly focused in our T&O business on building innovative partnerships, both internally and externally, to co-create and scale new solutions in the digital era. As a consequence, you will need to be adaptable, forward-looking and focus on collaborative relationship building.

    Your Experience

    • Developing and implementing HR Operating models
    • Organisation Design
    • Process design and optimisation
    • HR System implementation and optimisation
    • Competency-modelling and role profiling
    • Workforce planning
    • HR analytics
    • Digital HR

    Qualifications

    • An undergraduate university degree is a minimum requirement. Specialisation in HR Transformation, Talent Management, Organizational Design, HR Analytics is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Postgraduate qualification: Industrial Psychology highly recommended but not mandatory
    • Minimum 5 years work experience within HR Transformation, Analytics, Talent Management, Organizational Design and HR Operations.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Fluent in English language, both written and verbal
    • Consulting experience preferred / highly recommended but not mandatory
    • Demonstrated experience and ability to work in a high-pace, team-oriented, outcome-focused organization
    • Knowledge of established and emerging digital HR technologies will be an added advantage
    • Knowledge of trends and technology concepts through practical experience or via a keen interest in the latest innovation and thought leadership (e.g. Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration) will be an added advantage
