THE ROLE

As "HR Manager", you will:

• Implement the HR Strategy;
• Manage the recruitment and the selection of the team;
• Manage de skills development of the team;
• Deal with the remuneration of the employees;
• Manage the performance of the team.

YOU

• Have a bachelor’s degree in HR/IR ;
• Have at least 5 years of experience as HR generalist in a tech environment;
• Have at least 3 years in a managing position ;
• Able to travel in the Sub-Saharan region ;
• Can deal with the Labor Relations ;
• Know the work legislation.
