    Head Chef

    Job description

    • Recruiting for a Head Chef with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
    • The ideal individual must have experience in menu design, costings, financial control, as well as training and development of staff.
    • All applications submitted must contain written proof of employment, supporting documents re training and education completed and a recent photograph please.
    • No telephonic/SKYPE interviews
    • Candidates must forward CV and relevant qualifications and be willing to attend interviews in Cape Town.
